Great location, near the beach. 3 pools. Nice food and drinks! Great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant The hotel was very nice, the staff were all helpful and friendly, it was clean and well kept, the food was good and there was a nice a**osphere where everybody seemed to be enjoying their holiday The beach and sea were beautiful and we enjoyed spending time there It was a welcome break from the UK and the high pressure environment we usually live in I would recommend the hotel and I will most likely return with my children and partner as they enjoyed it too

Really good place if you like to enjoy both the ocean and swimming in the pool. Comfortable rooms, good quality and sélection of food. Clean rooms and entire territory and restaurants. Friendly hotel staff and smooth check-in. The only comment would be temperature of the swimming pool just bit warmer would give better swimming experience.

In generel its a lovely hotel We lived on the esencia part, with private area for Esencia people only… lovely heated pool… Missed tho some sort of music - they could easily have installed a music with low background music Nothing to complain about with the room and cleaning service “High Five* When it comes to food, it was great with alot of different food.. The BIG problem, was a seperate area for Esencia ONLY in the “Food Market” But still you see alot of people from the ordinary Hotel with no concequenses… That was unexpected compared to their sister hotel on the island “La Palma” where they DO kick people out of the area, so us who pays for the extra comfort DO get what we expect and are paying for… Other from that, we will *High Five* for 3 of the staffs - Jose and Corina (Lovely staff and great at English) Last 1 is Sr. Angel who was both in the Esencia Resturant and “Food Market”

It's rare I review whilst here, but credit where credit is due! Fabulous food, room is immaculate and all round best hols to date. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much ♥️ animate team are great withoit being pushy (as some hotels) will definitely be back next January if not before thankyou.

When we arrived at the hotel it was extremely impressive due to the decor and size of it. Our first day spent around the pool with their watered down “love on the beach” cocktail was a pleasant one. It kind of went down hill from here. There was a welcome show by the entertainment team on the first night. I can’t even describe what we watched but for some reason they were showing moneysupermarket adverts whilst the next act got changed along with an advert for the new MJ movie? The whole show was in Spanish and just terrible choreography repeated over and over again. For a four star hotel this has to be updated and changed. Now onto the food. Again for a four star hotel I expected a good selection and themed evenings seeing as there is only one option to go to every evening. I was let down and it was the same food every night. Questionable looking meat , wet under cooked garlic bread, rice with random veg in, the same pasta every night, brownies fresh out the freezer that you couldn’t even get them off the plate and the list could go on. We thought we might be saved with lunch but just the same food and the salad bar had flies on the food as there was no protection. I got excited when I saw a chef making omelettes one morning but when I received it, it was slop in the middle. So disappointing as you pay to be fed well. We ended up having to spend and go into town for dinner on two evenings just to get some change. Also they serve crepes in the middle of the day for €3.50 for AI guests, and €5.50 for normal guests. It just felt as though we weren’t getting our moneys worth, I’ve been to cheaper resorts with pool side snacks in the afternoon included for AI customers. They also have a system here for Esencia guests to have their own areas for dining etc in the same restaurant dinner is in every evening. We found ourselves having to sit on dirty tables looking at an empty part of the restaurant that no one was using. This makes no sense as the service is exactly the same for AI and Esencia guests. Our final discrepancy is the prices the on site shops charge you for things. This may not matter to a lot of people who stay here but the woman in the shop was charging £15 for a vape!! When I questioned her about the price she said they were all fake in the town. Would not stay here again and would genuinely recommend going to another part of the Canary Islands at this time as it is dead on the island with nothing to do.

The week I passed here was the most chilling holidays ever. Thr staff was very good ( Expecially Bravo group ) and the location is amazing. Bar and restaurant services were excellent with an extensive list of drinks and foods. The only flaw is that outside the resort there is not much to visit except some natural beauties. I hope this tips can help you to choose this resort because it s really fantastic.

Second time travelling there. But this time with the family. It was a lovely trip. The hotel was clean an spotless. With a suite with a private garden. The grass was very dry so it was hard. The children were not able to run able much without their shoes. The hotel has plenty of entertainment in the day and night for all the family. The food was decent enough. Although I did find a cockroach in my lamb. Which was disappointing. Also the hotel seems to have a issue with birds flying in the resturant often stealing your food if your not on guard. The all inclusive isn't really great as many of the drinks you want you have to pay for. The beach is stunning.
