Great location, near the beach. 3 pools. Nice food and drinks! Great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Really good place if you like to enjoy both the ocean and swimming in the pool. Comfortable rooms, good quality and sélection of food. Clean rooms and entire territory and restaurants. Friendly hotel staff and smooth check-in. The only comment would be temperature of the swimming pool just bit warmer would give better swimming experience.

In generel its a lovely hotel We lived on the esencia part, with private area for Esencia people only… lovely heated pool… Missed tho some sort of music - they could easily have installed a music with low background music Nothing to complain about with the room and cleaning service “High Five* When it comes to food, it was great with alot of different food.. The BIG problem, was a seperate area for Esencia ONLY in the “Food Market” But still you see alot of people from the ordinary Hotel with no concequenses… That was unexpected compared to their sister hotel on the island “La Palma” where they DO kick people out of the area, so us who pays for the extra comfort DO get what we expect and are paying for… Other from that, we will *High Five* for 3 of the staffs - Jose and Corina (Lovely staff and great at English) Last 1 is Sr. Angel who was both in the Esencia Resturant and “Food Market”

It's rare I review whilst here, but credit where credit is due! Fabulous food, room is immaculate and all round best hols to date. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much ♥️ animate team are great withoit being pushy (as some hotels) will definitely be back next January if not before thankyou.

The hotel location, the pools, the beach, the restaurants, entertainment staff were all fantastic - the front desk staff not so much. We booked a six night all inclusive but we were told on arrival that all inclusive plans no longer include wine and we had to pay 60 Euro per person to include wine in our plan. We later found out this was not true and struggled to get a partial refund. There were on site events promoted including a Mojito night, Gin night etc. These were not included in the all inclusive package and drinks at these events were to be paid for. Poolside snacks at the family pool such as waffles, crisps etc were also not included in the all inclusive. The food was great, varied and plentiful and even with the large number of guests very little delay and barely no wait time. We prepaid almost 100GBP per room to upgrade to sea views, if upgrading you need to be very specific and ask for a wooden post balcony with a view. The photos attached show the view of my balcony - was it a sea view? Yes, if you were 6 ft tall and stood up. It was not a 100GBP room upgrade. After three days of complaints, I was moved to another room. I did find out from others staying at the hotel that they paid 14GBP for an upgrade so do your research. The views and the beach are stunning. It should be noted that the main Reception building is at the top of the site and may be quite a walk from some rooms, if you have issues with hill walking, this may be a challenge. Our room key cards needed to be replaced several times during the week which was a minor inconvenience but an inconvenience all the same. Overall it was a wonderful week with friends but the lack of client service was disappointing, expected better.

There was nothing to complain about, food was good, position by the beautiful beach was great, staff were lovely, and the weather was great. They did have a queuing system at the bars, but if the staff didn't have to keep telling arrogant guests to join the line it would have been a lot easier. Be nice to people and they will be nice to you!!

Disappointed and never coming back. I travelled with my wife and kids, pancake next to swimming pool is not included, and you have paid for that, very small choice meats, Energy cutting, old hotel needs big refreshing, personnel is ok. the worst hotel I have ever been to

Everything was amazing. Great resort for all kind of people and holiday. Amazing Food, infra structures and the staff is very nice.

Hotel rooms are set within beautifully maintained peaceful gardens. Easy access to a lovely sandy beach. The food is of a high standard. Plenty of choice of sunbeds around the variety of pools. Thank you to all the friendly, hardworking staff.
