We stayed at Baberrih Hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience did not match the setting. The biggest issue is the lack of food availability outside of set dining hours. We arrived mid-afternoon after travelling and were told nothing at all was available to eat until 19:30. There is no room service or flexible option, which is a real problem given how remote the hotel is. That remoteness is worth emphasising. While the location is peaceful, it also means there are no nearby alternatives for food or facilities, so you are entirely dependent on the hotel’s offering. Dinner itself was mixed. Some dishes were acceptable, but the vegetarian options were very limited and not well executed. This made the experience inconsistent and frustrating, particularly if you have dietary requirements. Service overall felt stretched and reactive rather than attentive. In summary, this hotel may suit guests who are happy to fully adapt to fixed schedules and a limited offering. However, if you expect flexibility, reliable food options throughout the day, or have specific dietary needs, you may want to consider alternatives.

We were in Morocco for 2 weeks and this was by far the worst experience we had. Jamal and Soukaina, the managers on site are liars, rude, and completely useless. 1. We paid for 2 rooms but one some of our group had to leave early. They refused to cancel the room, okay, but then they rented it to someone else and wouldn't refund us. So we paid for 2 suites, received the lesser of the 2 suites but paid for both. On what planet does that make sense? They were extremely rude and unhelpful in resolving this issue. 2. We had a dinner reservation for 7:30pm. We received our food 2 hours later at 9:30pm. No apologies, not reason, just -- yes yes its coming. For reference we ordered guacamole, brie, pasta -- really basic stuff. For some reason everyone in the restaurant received their food before us regardless of when they arrived. They did nothing for us - didn't comp anything, barely apologized. And there is nothing you can do because you are 30 minutes away from any other place so we had to just wait and deal. 3. We were gone all day and came back at 10pm to a dirty room. Again, called them, and no explanation just random excuses on why the room hadn't been cleaned. No toilet paper, no clean towels nothing. 4. They never told us about the included breakfast. 5. Just outside the property you can walk onto the beach. The are right outside the gate is disgusting, full of trash. You would think they would take some care to clean that area up. 6. Jamal and Souikana not only did nothing to resolve any of the issues we had, they straight up lied to us. Told us we would have the second suite we paid for. Told us we would get a refund on it when we were checking out, etc. I asked MANY times for the name and contact of the manager for the hotel overall, and they ignored the request. So, if you are the manager of this hotel, I would be concerned on how your staff is treating guests. Felt like a total scam. Money aside, it ruined our experience on vacation, our mood, our feeling, or peace. STRONGLY do not recommend.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful. While the location may look appealing in photos, the overall experience revealed significant problems with maintenance, hygiene, organization, and guest treatment. Hygiene & cleanliness: • Stray cats and dogs were present throughout the property, including inside the restaurant area. • Dog feces were visible around the premises and were only removed after repeated requests. • Rooms showed poor cleaning standards, with sand already present upon arrival and general signs of neglect. Food & restaurant experience: • Organization was very weak; orders such as coffee were frequently forgotten. • Plastic was found in food items at breakfast. • Raw fish was served at dinner despite clearly needing to be cooked, which raised serious food safety concerns. • We traveled as a larger group, and several of us became ill during the stay, which was worrying given the hygiene conditions. Building & comfort: • During rainfall, water leaked through doors, ceilings, and walls. • Loud construction work inside the hotel made rest difficult. • The location is very remote, leaving guests with few alternatives once on site. Management & checkout: • Prices for basic items were very high and not transparently communicated. • At checkout, we were unexpectedly asked to pay more than originally agreed. • When we questioned this, the situation became uncomfortable and tense. In order to de-escalate and leave, we felt pressured to settle the amount. After reading other reviews, we noticed similar experiences described by other guests, which suggests these issues are not isolated incidents. Conclusion: This hotel does not meet basic expectations regarding hygiene, transparency, or guest care. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend travelers carefully read recent reviews and consider alternative accommodations.

The reception staff was very friendly. The room felt rather cold, and the service was not particularly friendly, although the staff did make an effort. The food was okay, while breakfast was not especially memorable. At the time of our stay, the hotel did not have many guests. The property itself is beautiful and well suited for group travel. The hotel is quite secluded, located on its own next to a small fishing village.

Amazing experience. Very very clean. Warm staff. Sallah is very good results oriented manager. The staff from the restaurant and reception are ready to help you with anything needed. Location is very clean. The menu at the restaurant is a very complex one and you could easily see that the chef is a good professional. The beach is very beautiful, next to the fishermen’ boats. The pool is clean and actually the location is perfect for a retreat. For this hotel, one word could describe all: PERFECT.
