Nice hotel, perfect location (5 minutes walking to Medina), has their comfortable zone at seaside. Good service. The hotel is not new, some shabby, bathroom needs a repair- but it’s clean and well packed (including bathrobe and slippers). Breakfast is also fine, but not for 5*. I believe that it’s a good choice hotel (not riad) for travelers who prefer good location, clean and comfortable place and not looking for brand new boutique hotel.

The free hot breakfast was fantastic, with fresh waffles, classic English breakfast and even porridge, perfect for all tastes. The room was clean, quiet and cozy, with a comfy bed, ergonomic work desk and free high-speed WiFi, ideal for both leisure and business trips. 24-hour front desk offered great service with luggage storage, and the 24-hour gym with Peloton bikes was a nice bonus.

Very very nice resort hotel, good for a staycation. Hotel is clean and beautiful, staff is nice and helpful.

When we entered the hotel, we were immediately impressed by the beautiful lobby. Our room was equally lovely – newly renovated with a tasteful and modern design. A very nice touch was the daily in-room snacks, such as nuts and fruit, which our kids especially enjoyed. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide selection including sweets, fresh yogurt, hummus, salads, local marmalade varieties, and even freshly prepared omelettes on request. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by some drawbacks. The room next to ours was under renovation, which resulted in significant noise all day. In addition, some of the advertised amenities were not available during our stay – the kids’ room (including table tennis) was closed, and the indoor pool was not accessible. While the outdoor pool is beautiful, it is not heated, so especially on windy days in Essaouira, we would have really appreciated having access to the indoor pool. Overall, while the hotel has many strong points, these issues impacted our experience.

The hotel room condition was perfect. Super comfortable. 5 stars, the breakfast was not as good as it should have been. it is a 5-star hotel. It was not so much to eat. Lots of jams and olives, bread and sweet things, More or less like a 2-star hotel’s breakfast.

Wonderful hotel with great service from the staff, it felt like they actually care about making your stay great. Room service is around multiple times to replenish items. The best place in my 2 weeks in the country. Beach is right in front, decent gym and heated indoor pool, short walk to the markets. Outdoor pool isn't heated and was a bit cold to swim in Dec. I enjoyed the breakfast, some interesting items like banana jam. Thank you all. 😊
