The following facilities do not exist: Locks on doors (padlocks used!) Safety deposit boxes in rooms Hairdryer Airconditioning Late check out 24 hour reception (they only man it when they are getting some form of money) Room service Laundry service (we had to ask for towels as they take them away every day but don't replace them?!) Fireplace Cloakroom Sun terrace - I mean you can see it but you cannot access it Luggage room Cafe/Restaurant Turkish bath Massage Spa The staff appear to speak French - until you need something Despite repeatedly speaking to the hotel about a twin room, which we were told they would sort on arrival, they did not and we ended up having to share a bed for the week. On the last day we were literally kicked out of the hotel by the incredibly rude laundry lady (after they charged us 'tax' to get our bags from the room as we foolishly went for breakfast before we came back to pack), leaving us carrying around all our luggage which in the heat (and at my age), was no fun at all. Don't believe the pictures, if it was renovated in 2022 I would not hire that company either. We spoke to the hotel about the above and they basically told us to get lost. Booked through Love Holidays - they were no help either. You have been warned :)

Stay at Dar Zayna. A fantastic riad in a lovely neighbourhood right near the beach and within the town's walls. We felt really looked after by Lhassan and Toria who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning, which was traditional and plentiful. I highly recommend staying here.

The place is cleaned, stuff is super friendly and brackfast is the best. For the price paid it delivered much more than expected. The toilet is super cleaned, what is essential for me. Super recommend it

Unfortunately, our accommodation was not as described and was partly being renovated. So the roof terrace could not really be used. The internet could also only be used on request with a second SSID on the second floor. There was no fridge in the room and no air conditioning either. Storage such as a table or chair around the room to store things. When we arrived, nobody was there and we were only able to check in after calling from another riad. The riad can only be reached on foot and luggage can only be brought to the property with a cart from the parking lot.

Attention les photos date de 1800 av JC . Absolument pas conforme à la réalité . Pas confortable , pas hergonomique , pas de serviette , pas de savon , sale , poussièreux, l’eau qui coule de partout, pas soigné,personnel déconnecté de marché du tourisme , petit dej grotesque à FUIRE . Avec un petit budget on peu largement mieux faire .
