Ich hoffe, dass meine Bewertung jemandem hilft, der eine Unterkunft in Essen sucht. Ich habe noch nie so eine schreckliche Behandlung durch das Personal erlebt, besonders durch die Managerin (eine dunkelhaarige Frau mit einem bitteren Gesicht), die meine Freunde und mich schrecklich behandelte, nur weil wir keine Deutschen waren (oder einfach nur, weil wir sie zur Arbeit brachten). Das Schlimmste an meiner Erfahrung dort war, dass ich wegen dieser Frau kein Bewerbungsgespräch online führen konnte, da das WLAN schrecklich war, y también fragte ich sie, ob ich es in einem der Hotelräume machen könnte, sie sagte nein. Nachdem ich versucht hatte, es im lauten Restaurant zu machen, sagte sie meinem Freund, ich solle gehen, weil ich störe. Sie ruinierte mein Vorstellungsgespräch völlig und behandelte uns den Rest des Aufenthalts sehr schlecht. Diese Frau ist nicht bereit, ein Hotel zu führen; wenn sie unglücklich ist, ist es nicht unsere Schuld. Ich hoffe, ihr Geschäft geht den Bach runter, so wie mi Jobchance. Bleibt nicht hier, wenn ihr nicht die schlimmste Erfahrung eures Lebens machen wollt. Ich sage das aus tiefstem Herzen.

Unfreundliches Personal, die Zimmer sehr, sehr klein. Der digitale Ansatz funktioniert noch nicht besonders gut. WLAN funktioniert auch nicht. Frühstück absoluter Standard. Der einzige Vorteil: relative Nähe zum Zollvereine - naja, eine Viertelstunde läuft man auch.
