Hotel is generally clean and comfortable The common areas are quite small (reception, breakfast room, etc.) but always welcoming Service staff kind and professional, 24h availability Room are clean and adequate for dimensions and equipment Breakfast food fresh and with good variety and choice

I chose this hotel mainly due to the location close to the expo. The rooms are nice and clean but the walls are a bit thin. I overheard my neighbour's alarm clock. The breakfast has all essentials but nothing extraordinary. There is a gym but is is quite small. Friendly and helpful staff though. And yes they have free wfif.

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Beim einchecken wurde uns das Frühstück über den grünen Klee gelobt und angepriesen. Wir haben es dann nachgebucht. Das war auch in Ordnung. Mehr aber auch nicht und für 16 Euro überteuert. Mehr als 9 Euro war es mir nicht wert. Aus Bequemlichkeit. In der Bäckerei in der Nähe kostet es 6,95.

Perfekte Lage, Business Zimmer groß und ruhig gelegen ,sehr hübsches Ambiente im ruhigen Hinterhof, Lage an Gruga und im besten Teil der Stadt Essen. Personal sehr freundlich. Angenehm, daß Zimmerservice " bestellbar" ist und nicht jeden Tag kommt. Matratzen waren zu weich oder älter? Hotel jederzeit wieder!
