Hair dryer burnt out, tepid water for the bath that took half an hour to fill up. Dirty carpet. More than half the menu was not available. Breakfast was stone cold. Milk was off. Water leaking everywhere. However the worst part, because we had laughed all the previous off and just got on with it, was the very grumpy and rude manager on the way out. I queried one item on the bill in a pleasant way because I did not understand, my bad, his mood worsened and then reached fever pitch when my card did not go through. It was a problem with the machine or the way he entered it because when he started to lose it I quietly suggested he tried again because the card was good. He tried another machine and it went through but his mood did not improve! I have loved touring this fantastic country and this is the only bad experience I have had.

Fomos sem destino e resolvemos dormir neste Hotel, recentemente remodelado num estilo moderno. A experiência valeu a pena, o Hotel é muito agradável, espaços comuns muito amplos. A relação preço-qualidade-oferta é equilibrada. Talvez possam melhorar a insonorização dos quartos. Staff muito simpático, obrigada.

Acolhedor, com pequeno almoço razoável, e 2 lareiras nos espaços comuns sempre acesas. Vê se que foi renovado há pouco tempo e que tentaram com essa renovação ser funcionais e simples. Não é excelente mas também não é mau pelo que me parece ter uma relação preço/qualidade ajustada aos tempos que correm. Simpáticos e cordiais na recepção mas no pequeno almoço nem por isso. Entre não ser mau, podia ser melhor.

Estávamos num jantar de Natal da empresa que decorreu no Estremoz Hotel e acabámos por alugar um quarto para dormir. Os quartos limpos assim como a casa de banho, só achámos pouca diversidade de comida ao pequeno almoço mas a qualidade estava ótima.

O atendimento é simpático e eficiente. Boa localização com espaçoso parque de estacionamento. Wi-fi a funcionar bem. Pequeno almoço simples. Espaço de bar bastante agradável. Quartos limpos, mas com mobiliário antigo e muito básico..

Impressionante a alteração que este hotel teve, noutro tempo ( há 6 meses ) acusava o passar do tempo, hoje irreconhecível, por fora e por dentro, acessos, comodidades luz, até piscinas irá ter dentro de dias, estão preparar um longe exterior para aqueles dias quentes! Pequeno almoço ao nível de hotel de 4 estrelas onde os ovos mexidos, bacon, cogumelos, salchichas não podiam faltar. E por último e não menos importante o staff que continua Top 5 estrelas. Agora sim experiência a repetir.

Recomendo 100% Hotel com piscina e área exterior muito agradável. Perfeito para passar um fim de semana a descansar com um pequeno almoço com variedade. O hotel dispõe de um bar acolhedor com snooker Piscina e trampolin para crianças. Staff muito simpático e sempre sorridentes

Os quartos estão ultrapassados , a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, o ar condicionado funciona mal, o chuveiro está rouco e funciona mal esguicha água pelo tubo,a referir a simpatia dos funcionários.
