Check in did not allow me to select my room or give option for electronic key. It also did not allow me to put my Wyndham rewards number in. The first room they gave me was not clean — I sent Wyndham photos and they did nothing to correct that. The elevator was not working the entire week I was there. Parking lot was very crowded. 2nd room was ok but window looked out over hallway/ cement wall so kept that closed the entire week. Breakfast was ok but only had it once — coffee dispenser was mostly empty. Disappointed.

No handicapped accessible shower. Refrigerator in room brook. Ice machine broke on floor; only other ice machine working was on 2nd floor but elevator was broken and i use a walker.

The keys were hard to used we had to slide it three to four times to get it to work the last day we felt we were rush out

Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service

Everything was great untol i called the front desk to get the internet password and was chewed out by the mager and told not to call back till 7 am. Very unproffesional and rude.

Very nice clean very nice pool did not stay for breakfast, but they had a iron board hair dryer, coffee pot icebox microwave all in the room the room had some minor repairs that need to be done but overall it was nice clean and comfortable and very quiet

Was very disappointed the hot tube was down and the pool was cold as ice. One of the main reason we picked this place because of our fantastic stay the last time
