We arrived and where unsure of the excact location! The GPS showed behind the property! But on closer look we found the Restaurant Lobby to be the check in point! I do not speak French and I was very thankful that the Lady and the Gentleman of the house where able to communicate and bring us to our Room! The Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The ambiance of the lake in front of the property was superb! We would stay there again 👍

Très bon hôtel et repas de qualité... Petit déjeuner très complet et chambres rénovées, pour la plupart. La localisation est très bonne mais choisir une chambre sur le Parc derrière, beaucoup plus calme que sur le lac .

Heureusement que le serveur et la serveuse sont sympathiques ! L'accueil le matin avant le déjeuner glacial!!!! Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre a l'arrivée ! A Evian pourtant.... Ne retournerai jamais.

Hôtel correct et propre cependant un coup de neuf serait à prévoir niveau décoration et ameublement… et a veiller que les équipes de ménage soit plus discrètes dans les couloirs le matin afin d’éviter d’être réveiller tôt alors que l’on peut rendre la chambre a 11h30.

Service agréable, nous avons prix le menu à 34 Euro et avons été très agréablement surpris, menu très bon, quantité raisonnable, qualité très bonne, service agréable, Nous avons mangé à l'intérieur car la météo n'était pas au top, Il est peut-être un peu dommage qu'une vitre ne sépare pas la terrasse de la route car très passante et bruyante. Hôtel loin des 3 etoiles. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres et décorations très rustique. Ne passez pas plus d'une nuit dans cette hotel. La reception ne ressemble pas à une réception mais à un hall d'entrée avec une cloche. Le monsieur de l'accueil fait ce qu'il peut pour être à la hauteur mais il serait temps de prendre la retraite. L'ambiance du petit déjeuner est glaciale mais le buffet reste correct. On sent qu'il manque de dynamisme dans l'établissement La vue était cependant belle sur le lac et l'emplacement à environ 15 min minutes à pieds du centre.

Nous avons fait étape dans cet hôtel 3 étoiles. Malheureusement, les trois étoiles ne sont plus du tout d'actualité. Nous avions la chambre 207, quelle déception. Chambre minuscule, lit pas terrible, salle de bains à revoir totalement, et surtout pas de climatisation, alors que sur le site de hôtel, elle est indiquée. Par contre, le repas du soit et petit déjeuner sont très bien.
