Evora Hotel Reviews

The staff went out of their way to correct a booking mistake that was made by Trip.com. The hotel, staff and food were all excellent. My granddaughter loved the indoor pool! We would definitely stay there again. 

Bom hotel

I read some reviews about the hotel that made me worried about my stay. I didn't feel anything negative about the hotel that I read during my stay. The room was clean, the service was impeccable. Breakfast with lots of variety and quality. The indoor pool with hot water, the jacuzzi in full operation. In terms of location, it is 5 minutes from the center. It was a pleasant stay. I will repeat if I go back there.

Ideal for traveling with friends and family.

Very good, rooms a little dated, not much staff outside

The hotel is located in a rural area not far from the center of Evora. It is large and nice, with plenty of free parking spaces. There are also many tourists staying here. It is very pleasant to listen to the chirping of birds in the morning. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

Unfortunately, the reservation I made did not correspond to the reservation the hotel had. My reservation was made for 2 adults and 1 child and, in the hotel, there was only a reservation for 1 adult. The hotel resolved the situation, but the room we were offered did not fully correspond to the service booked and paid for in advance. The 2nd night the room was fine. The hotel is just outside Evora and has ample parking. Some staff may still receive training on how things should work in the hotel. But the girl who had to clean the rooms was great.

Good breakfast overall

Um hotel muito aceitável. Bom pequeno-almoço mas sem muita variedade, embora não tivesse faltado nada de importante. Cama e almofadas ótimas.

Instalações a precisar de renovação, nota-se que é um bom hotel, mas precisa de trocar o chão (alcatifa) e móveis (antigos). Outro aspeto menos bom é o facto de se pagar para usar o ginásio (5€) e o snoker (8€ preço excessivo ...) e não dar para regular a temperatura do ar condicionado. À parte disto, cama confortável, boa televisão e grande parque de estacionamento

Foi uma boa estadia, a piscina interior é boa.
