Very good location, but overall room condition wasn't good as expected or the value of room rate.

I have to warn that this hotel is at the top of the mountain and the train only takes you to the bottom of the mountain so you need to either take taxi or bus to get to the Eze village. BUT, eze village is not the end of story. From eze village to the hotel you still need to climb and there are almost stairs not slope. The hotel has a dedicated staff to help you carry the luggage upstairs but that man might be too tired that day (we have two 25inch luggages) so his attitude was very impatient to us. Seeing him being so exhausted making us feeling sorry and his bad attitude add more to this sad feeling. When we were checking in, we told the reception desk that we need to take the train the other day at 8am so please have the luggage staff to carry our luggage down to Eze village at 7am so we can take taxi at 7:15am and the train wold be 8am. That guy was late and didn’t even show up till we left (around 7:13am). Instead, the reception desk gentleman helped us to carry the luggage downstairs. It was after the rain and we were in a hurry to catch the train so my 59 year old mom fell off the stairs and broke her fingers. Thanks god it was not a severe injury but as a daughter I am really regret to have chosen this hotel. It’s my mom’s first visit in Europe and I wanted to treat her with a a nice staycation at a 5 star hotel in Southern France but it turned out to be a regret. The reception desk service was excellent and fits a 5-star standard. We received warm welcome from the reception desk lady who told us not to take it personally because the luggage staff might be too tired. Also, many thanks for the reception gentleman who stood out when the luggage guy was late, without the whom we could have missed the train (and the flight too) We stayed in standard twin beds room. The room facilities and furnitures are shown as the picture attached. We didn’t take the welcome drink and try the Michelin restaurant as we were not in good mood. 酒店交通极其不便利，火车只运到山脚，上山要打车（15欧）或者等巴士（巴士一小时一班）。即使下了车，也还没到。之后有一段山路，只能靠人工帮你拉行李箱上去。这个过程让我们对辛苦的工作人员愧疚，而工作人员不耐烦的恶劣态度（因为他很累了）又让我们自责的情绪里带着不饿能发泄的生气（因为知道他也是累了，但是这是我们作为客人被发脾气的理由么？）。第二天早上明明预约了7am来拿行李，因为搬行李的工作人员的迟到导致前台小哥只能亲自帮忙搬（很感谢他），因为迟了一点点我们又着急下山，山路因为下雨湿滑我的妈妈摔倒了，手摔破了。本来作为女儿我是想专门请母亲住一晚城堡酒店结束在南法的行程，结果变成这样。我很自责也很愧疚选择了这家酒店。 酒店环境如图，我们是标准双人间，从设施来看大家自己感受一下吧。

This hotel is beautiful but up on the hill. But car cannot drive to hotel entrance. There is a car valet service at the entrance of the road. Thank God for the two great porters that helped to carry our luggages up to our rooms. Great room with spectacular view and a sauna pool overlooking the hills. Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel is amazing!!! Must try, very romantic and food is delicious, server is attentive.

The room is a two-story small house. The space is not large, but the surrounding environment is very good. You need to take your luggage to the reception at the bottom of the mountain. They will help you carry it up, but you need to walk up by yourself. The bathroom facilities are a bit old The view outside the window is beautiful

We are two elderly people who are traveling to Nice on our own. We like Eze so we choose to stay in Eze for one night. We also like the Castle Hotel. It has a good location and the rooms are well decorated. The customer service is good. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and let us enter the room to rest in advance. After arriving early, we were given a welcome drink and rested on the balcony overlooking the sea. The only thing we are not satisfied with is the breakfast. It is a set meal. The 35-euro set meal is also very small and the content is very small. Even the bread is 3 mini breads. It is not enough to eat. If the breakfast can be improved, it will be perfect. It would be better if they can actively remind us of the key points of the town of Eze and give us a map introduction.

Excellent scenery, five-star recommendation

The restaurant and cafe are in a good location. The room is a bit small, but land is expensive in the mountains...

I really want to stay for two days.

美景絕了 餐品是米其林二星級別，性價比很高，我門兩個人吃的主廚當日的menu，我老公不愛吃西餐都覺得好吃。 住的是石頭房子，有陽台。服務很好。在酒店住可以不用提前預約餐廳，直接前台會預訂好晚飯和午飯。我們沒有提前預約餐廳的習慣，因為不瞭解，這是我們來了法國的第一頓米其林。謝謝酒店真方便。 酒店還可以幫忙預約直升機🚁和加長轎車，服務很nice。
