"Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. Non solo la struttura è accogliente e ben posizionata, ma il servizio è stato impeccabile. Un encomio particolare va a Nicola, il maître di sala, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. È una persona incredibile, sempre attento e disponibile, capace di anticipare ogni nostra esigenza culinaria con discrezione e professionalità. Ottima esperienza, soprattutto il menù del ristorante e lo staff in particolare Nicola che ci ha permesso di passare 4 giorni come se fossimo a casa. L hotel si trova vicino a diversi impianti sciistici e vicino a diverse località famose. Grazie a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 17 al 24 agosto 2024. Purtroppo in questa settimana soggiornava anche un gruppo di molte persone fra adulti e bambini. Spiace, ma sala ristorante è diventata sala giochi e ricreazione. Il personale cercava di tamponare, ma non c'è stata collaborazione da parte dei responsabili del gruppo e dei genitori. Per il resto, sull'hotel nulla da dire, camera pulita e ben insonorizzata, e personale di servizio efficiente e cortese.

Che dire.... Direttore scortese e non disponibile... Personale della sala gentilissimo ed accogliente.. In particolare il sig Nicola che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a di poco eccezionale... Hotel vecchio.. Da risistemare ma. Comunque pulito. Le camere su strada rumorose... Consiglio di chiedere quelle sul retro... La dependance è eccezionale... Silenziosa...

Soggiorniamo dal 17.8 al 24.8. Purtroppo tra gli ospiti è presente un gruppo di Romagnoli privi completamente di educazione. La sala da pranzo era più rumorosa di una balera... peccato perché la struttura eccelle per pulizia e cucina. Inoltre il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente interessante, anche se in occasione del nostro soggiorno di Giugno 2024 avevamo trovato un buffet di colazione, e serale, più ricco, più vario, e di miglior qualità. Ad Agosto il personale cercava di fare del proprio meglio, ma a causa del gruppo maleducato, il servizio per gli altri ospiti è risultato meno accurato.
