Holiday Inn Express Fallon by IHG

The breakfast was great and the building was clean and in date. The pool and Hot tub was open 24 hours a day!

Everything was wonderful! My wife who is extremely picky about hotels, gave it a thumbs up!

If you get a jacuzzi room the window doesn’t have a blind and the light will shine in all night. What a waste of money

The front desk staff was very accommodating, provided a much-appreciated early check-in. We reserved a suite because we were traveling with my mother who required a separate bed. When we returned late to the room, anxious to get settled in and to sleep, we discovered no pillows, sheets, blankets, or anything to make up the sofa bed. Also, the indoor pool and spa are located on the first floor and they allow it to remain open 24 HOURS A DAY, so all night long kids were running in and out of the room next to us, slamming the door, screaming, and running wild. What a horrible night’s sleep! Ugh. On top of all that, there was no hairdryer or ironing board. Will never stay here again.

Spotless room, quiet night, good breakfast. Have stayed here numerous times and will return.

We bought soda from the machine by pool and the were so freaking hot. Went to tell girl at front desk and she did not care said oh well go get some ice. Rude as hell and when I buy soda it should have been cold

Honestly, the hotel was pretty nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem was the staff newly being trained, which is fine but not trained as another thing and very disrespectful and rude. Our reservation was messed up three different times so just a little frustrating.

They were unable to acomedate my stay. With no remorse. Just we can’t do that.

The room was updated and clean. The toilet seat did move so I would say that the toilet needs to be updated but everything else was nice.
