Food was amazing… much better than most all inclusive, resort was beautiful… service could have been better but overall it was a great stay and would definitely return.

My family and I had an amazing time. The food and service were impeccable. The facilities were also fantastic, pity the stay was short so could not indulge in most of the activities.
Notable mention to staff Cranston, who went above out of his way to ensure that our requests were honored (give that guy a raise)
I would definitely return to Royalton.

I really loved it here , the room was really clean and modern . I loved the variety of restaurants they had including the buffet . The food was amazing and well prepared. The drinks at the restaurants and bar was also A , the staff was so nice , helpful and responsive. I enjoyed every bit of my trip. I would definitely go back.

The staff was very friendly. Thd beach clean ok we not of lounge chairs. Pool a lot of fun. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Great shower pressure

The staff for the most part were amazing..except for the pool bar.. bartenders were rude, the service was very poor. We didn’t feel safe with all the homeless people literally next to the resort.. sleeping on the resort lounge chairs during the night. It was an adult only resort, but had to share many of the restaurants with the family side, so certainly not adult only even though we paid more. Lisa and Dane from the lobby bar were amazing! We would come back just to see them!!
Check in/check out were very simple and fast. The food was good

Although the staff was friendly it took an entire day for someone to come out and fix our air in our room, we were miserable for a whole day in our room. The food there is Americanized and cheap quality. Especially room service. It was suppose to be a no kids resort and meanwhile we seen so many children!!!! While the resort is beautiful I will never stay here again.

The property is aesthetically pleasing but the food is bad. If you’re looking for good Jamaican food, this is not the place for you, because the food is washed down to please certain type of group.

Room was very small and overlooked the mechanical area of the resort. Very loud and not pretty to look at. The shower was tiny. The shower door opened in and made it very difficult for one to get inside.
The rest of the resort is lovely.
