GGuest UserThe location is remote, close to the 346 National Road, 10 kilometers is nothing to eat and takeaway is not available. The kitchen of the hotel is estimated to be unopened. The barbecue package booked at night has not been selected. This can also be understood. Other dishes are still OK, but the roasted whole lamb smell is very big, it should not be handled well. No beer sold, no reminder before, hey; In addition, there is no stool in the whole room of the cabin. The whole process can sit on the bed. The wooden smell is big. The air purifier can suck the smell. The equipment sound is super loud. I have been awakened at night. I didn’t know that the window could be opened. The hairy child has been sneezing. It is recommended to bring a big flashlight at night. After 7 o'clock, you can't see anything. There are almost no street lights in the park. It is not convenient to walk the dog. You can go back to the house without any entertainment. Walking is a luxury. The park is a small stone road. It is best to wear a shoe for the hairy child. The service is still enthusiastic. You must answer all questions, but you don't take the initiative. The above mentioned problems were not mentioned in advance; rowing is cost-effective and the brother is enthusiastic.

Our butler, Wendy Zhu, was beautiful and nice; she even prepared a travel guide for the surrounding area before we arrived. She was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, making our trip much more comfortable. Thank you! 🙏🏻 Zhang Hualin from the Pullman Jingjue was also very patient, waiting for us to finish our tasks. She was meticulous, attentive, and always smiling. The hotel environment is quite nice, with a rose garden and beautiful tallow trees. Nearby attractions include Shaxi Ancient Town, a wetland park, and the Seventy-Two Ideal Villages, all worth exploring. Thanks again to Wendy for the travel guide! We were very satisfied with the room type; the private hot spring was very comfortable, and the karaoke room was huge with much better sound quality than outside. A slight disappointment was that the hot air balloon couldn't take off due to the weather, so we had to switch to rose oolong tea. The only downside is that since the hotel is newly opened, the workflow between departments isn't entirely smooth yet. We had to repeatedly ask and verify things. Hopefully, they'll improve as they have more guests. Then there's room for improvement in the taste of the Western restaurant's dishes.

The room was spacious, but the downside was that there was no TV or refrigerator. If you wanted to cool something, you had to go up to the second floor, which was quite inconvenient. If you were picking up a tour driver, you had to have him go into the lobby and scan a QR code before you could leave. The breakfast here was very poor. There was no basic milk, juice, or sauces. The outside bar only had two kinds of pickled cucumber and plain porridge. I got a bowl of bland noodles, so I skipped it the next day! It was simply not good. It's a shame that the hotel rooms are basic, but the food wasn't well-received.

GGuest UserThe room on May Day was very tight, but I missed it early on May Day and booked two rooms, one on the outside and one on the courtyard. Parking spaces include underground parking lots (right next to the hotel, near Starbucks) and surface parking lots (on Xinbei East Road, there is a small alley opposite the ”Yu Guoyuan” snack shop. The parking spaces are quite spacious) The hotel is connected to the Leyin Garden next door during the day. The hotel is very clean inside, the front desk is friendly, the room is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for us to sleep on. The hotel is very close to Shaxi Ancient Town. There are snacks, pastries, Taicang specialty meat floss, clothes sellers, and Yiwu small commodities. It is very lively. For breakfast, you can go to Auntie Zhang’s dim sum shop. The fried pancakes are quite delicious. Recommended!

There are some unreasonable facilities in the room, such as there is no socket on the bedside table, and you have to go to the bathroom bar under the window by the desk to charge it, so you can't lie in bed and watch your phone, which feels very inconvenient. In addition, the temperature has risen in the past two days, and the room is stuffy. The air conditioner has been turned on for more than an hour, but the room temperature has not been lowered. Finally, a floor was changed. It was quite difficult to change rooms with two octogenarians. The air conditioner in the new room was not very good. In the end, only a little window could be opened for ventilation, which led to a stuffy sleep at night. As soon as you enter the door, you can see a lot of scratches on the wall. The sloping ceiling of the second-floor attic is relatively low, so you can see it more clearly. There are bubbles and peeling in many places, indicating that there is a leak. The bathing pool is outdoors on the second floor, which is easy to get dusty, but it is still very interesting to soak your feet, but it's a bit sunny. The swimming pool is not open yet, and the scenery is good. Service: As soon as you enter the door, the aunties who are cleaning are very warm and friendly, and lead us to the front desk. Sscy999Initially, after booking, I was a bit concerned seeing the mixed reviews on Ctrip, but after checking in, I actually found it to be pretty good. First of all, the day before arrival, customer service reached out to ask for our license plate number. They also added us on WeChat to send over the address, important instructions, and the necessary pass for Seventy-Two Villages. We arrived in the afternoon, and our room was still being prepared. While we waited, they kindly offered us complimentary soft drinks. We stayed in a LOFT room, which was perfect for our group of three adults and one child, with the addition of a tatami mat. The room offered a pleasant view of the fields. The room key was an old-fashioned type; you had to manually lock the door after closing it, otherwise, it could be opened from the outside. You also needed to lock it from the outside when leaving the room. This system felt a bit dated and could definitely be improved. On the LOFT level, the common area in the lobby featured an automatic mahjong table, which is great for larger groups. The central air conditioning in the room was quite loud, which I found difficult to get used to, and I barely slept the first night. By the second day, I had adjusted to the noise, but the AC was too cold. Even after adjusting the temperature upwards and changing the fan speed, it didn't make much of a difference. Upon check-out, they also gave us complimentary bottled water and a frog toy for the child, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The butler/concierge service is available until 9 PM, so if you need anything, it's best to contact customer service via WeChat earlier in the day.
