The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly, there is actually washing machines/dryer at Level 6 for guest to use at no cost and the cleaner aunties will help to put your laundy to drier , fold and send to your room. The hotel has good service and good breakfast with so many options to choose from. The staff was also nice and managed to assist me with check-in as I arrived at the hotel too early. I'd definitely visit this hotel again in the future.
