Had an amazing stay with my friend! The villa is absolutely beautiful, with a clean Mediterranean-inspired design that’s perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Every corner is Instagram-worthy, from the private plunge pool to the cozy outdoor lounge. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. We loved spending time by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I really loved this hotel, even though I had some doubts when I booked it. The rooms looked a bit uninviting in the photos, but they're much better in person! The staff are wonderful and always ready to help. The room has everything you need. I wanted to point out that instead of an iron, there's a fantastic, compact garment steamer, which is just perfect! And the hairdryer is quite powerful! The room has all the essentials, and it's cleaned daily. The only downside I can mention is that we stayed on the 4th floor and had to take the stairs every time, but on the upside, the pool is on that floor and offers a decent ocean view.

This was my second stay at Jumeirah Bali, and I loved it just as much as the first time. **Amenities:** Although the hotel has been open for several years, the facilities are very well-maintained. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring two bathrooms and separate living and sleeping areas. The outdoor pool is quite large for Bali, and swimming a few laps there is truly enjoyable. **Environment:** The overall ambiance is that of a colonial palace, complemented by lush Southeast Asian vegetation, creating a perfect vacation vibe. The hotel's breakfast is no longer a choice between Middle Eastern, Continental, Japanese, and Chinese; instead, it's a special à la carte menu. Both the dining environment and the taste were excellent 👍. It was incredibly enjoyable to watch the waves from the cliff while having breakfast in the morning! **Hygiene:** It was relatively clean, and the bath towels were also very clean. **Service:** I have to commend the service; responses were prompt, and the staff were enthusiastic and helpful! Ctrip should really collaborate more with hotels on promotions. This time, I pre-booked a Garden Oasis Pool Villa through a group deal, and the value for money was outstanding. Jumeirah Bali has an exclusive area at Dreamland Beach. The sea is very blue, the waves are quite strong, and the sand is fine. The only drawback this time was a strange, inexplicable noise from the ceiling at night. I reported it to the hotel, but didn't receive a response. It wasn't a huge issue, but it did affect my sleep.

Сама вилла внутри действительно очень симпатичная, просторная и классная. Но к вилле неудобный заезд в гору и главное нет дополнительного указателя направо, из-за этого каждый раз были проблемы с водителями, они не могли найти локацию без звонка и фото. И самый главный минус, даже два: со стороны одной спальни шумная стройка в 2 метрах от виллы - с 8 утра до 18. А с другой твоя спальня смотрит на общий бассейн и лобби! Где хороший резонанс звука и спать примерно с 7:30 утра невозможно! Включают музыку на баре, разговаривает персонал. И это очень слышно по утрам)) Если вы не встаете рано, то не рекомендую здесь останавливаться. Если жаворонок, то это не будет для вас проблемой! Сама вилла отличная

This hotel is a very good choice 👍🏼 I am a little picky, but here’s my review: Pros: ✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this) ✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any. ✅ Very clean in general ✅ Comfortable bed ✅ The service is amazing ✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful ✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices. ✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort. ✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good. ✅ The pool is huge and very nice ✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand) Cons: 😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door) 😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault) 😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine ✅😄 Overall, recommended! I was happy with my stay at this hotel! It is good to give it a try!

My daughter loved their pool very much! The staffs were very friendly and helped us a lot! It was a pleasant stay!
