嘉嘉怡三千The location is great, very close to TRX and the subway station. However, the service attitude was really poor. When it was 3 PM, check-in time, the staff told me to wait because the cleaning wasn't finished yet. I waited there for a full 40 minutes, and it was only when I reminded them that they remembered my room was being cleaned. Otherwise, I probably would have waited an hour. Secondly, each room has a 'Please Clean' sign, and you're supposed to hang it on the door if you want housekeeping. We left ours out for two days, and no one came to clean or empty the trash. Other than these two issues, everything else was satisfactory.
