"I have to be honest here; I can't be completely biased since I'm a consumer too, and some things just can't be faked. First, let's talk about the price. In Penang, which isn't a cheap city, finding a clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel isn't easy! But luckily, I have a habit of digging for gems on Trip.com, and that's how I found Luna Hotel. This isn't a brand-new hotel, but it's very comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. I didn't give full marks for facilities because the hotel shows its age a bit, but one thing they do very well is keeping everything spotlessly clean and hygienic. The service here is also excellent; check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the staff I spoke with on the phone were very polite. 👍 Weighing the pros and cons, I would definitely come back to this hotel! 😄"
