The environment of the Borman Hotel is average, not as good as expected. The facilities are complete but a bit old. The sanitation is average and the service is average. The quilt was dirty inside. I went to buy disposable bedding on the spur of the moment. There are messy graffiti on the walls of the room, and the lights are still very dim. There is a rumbling sound at dawn, which wakes you up directly. Since I haven’t been to Fangchenggang for a long time, I thought that booking a hotel based on the price and ratings would not be too bad, but I didn’t expect to step into a big mistake. By the way, during the March 3rd holiday, hotels all know how to increase prices to welcome a large number of tourists, and they don’t know how to increase service staff. There are a lot of people queuing up for onboarding, and there is only one person at the front desk. When seeing passengers queuing, they complain about the long queuing time, but they don’t care at all. . By the way, there are so many mosquitoes at the front desk on the first floor😂

客房清潔不到位  牀頭櫃留有不明所以的臭臭臭襪子 一開始以為是牀頭櫃散發的木質奇怪氣味 後面準備入睡實在受不了 起來檢查才發現！！真是很震驚 然後朋友直接拿酒店備有的手提袋包着丟進垃圾桶 環境衞生多多改善吧

距離北港故里，西灣夜市，仙人山公園很近，打開窗可以看到海，環境不錯，性價比比較高，體驗感還是不錯的。

在外面經常都會選擇柏曼入住，這家柏曼也沒有讓人失望，前台服務態度很好，主動介紹周邊吃喝玩樂的地方，交通也很方便，早餐也挺豐富的，下次有機會到防城港還會選擇這裏！

# 寶藏酒店必須五星好評！從預訂到退房，每一個細節都讓人覺得舒心。地理位置得天獨厚，離景區入口步行10分鐘，打車到高鐵站衹要15分鐘，交通四通八達。房間空間寬敞明亮，採光超棒，下午坐在窗邊曬太陽很愜意，傢俱是簡約原木風，質感十足，衞生間乾濕分離做得好，洗漱台鏡子擦得鋥亮，。設施齊全又實用，空調製冷制熱很快，電視屏幕清晰、頻道豐富，還配備了小冰箱，放水果和飲品很方便，洗漱用品是植物精油味，温和不刺激，毛巾柔軟厚實。服務人員專業又貼心，入住時主動幫我提行李，介紹酒店的設施和周邊遊玩路線；中午打電話想要加一套洗漱用品，幾分鐘就送到了，還額外送了兩瓶礦泉水；退房時效率很高，不用等太久，還問了入住體驗，很注重客人的感受。酒店的公共區域也打理得很好，大堂有免費茶水和小零食，電梯裏有香薰，味道好聞，走廊乾淨整潔無雜物。不管是商務出差還是旅遊度假，這家都超合適，已經列入我的常住清單！
