Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria Reviews

The room was clean and the facilities were quite new. The breakfast was good by American standards. Please refer to the pictures for the outdoor swimming pool. The location isn't far from the airport, and it's also quite convenient to get to the city center by taxi.

It was great that there was a pool and a gym. It was also convenient to have a shopping center and Target nearby.

Everything was great except the air conditioner in our room which keeps getting turn off automatically in the night while you are asleep which is the most irritating thing

A very pleasant experience! The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was quite good for the price point, and the front desk staff were very kind and respectful. The room was clean overall, and had a great view.

Our family stayed here and found it to be very clean and comfortable. It was a last-minute booking so the price was high, but the hotel was definitely worth it.

The stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk service was warm and efficient, and the surrounding area had convenient transportation and restaurants. The value for money was amazing, highly recommended!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's the same as always: convenient transportation, but the surrounding area isn't particularly bustling (which is probably typical of Dallas). The breakfast selection was slightly less extensive than last year, but still quite good.
