Very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The restaurant staff is also very kind and helpful. The hotel is also very hygienic. This was also the case in my room. If I go to Dallas again, this is the hotel I would book. The Galleria Mall is right next to the hotel.

Professional service, clean, convenient location

The hotel is close to the highway, so it is very convenient to go out. There are Walmart and Sam's nearby, and it is very close to the Galleria shopping mall, but you have to drive and it is not convenient to walk. There is a restaurant in the hotel, the food is good.

The front desk was very friendly but the deposit has not been returned

The room was great, quiet and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable and the location was great. I loved it.
