There was no kettle or water provided for the rooms. When asked for water, guests have to pay for it. No tea or coffee was provided in the room

Peter Colaco passed away before he could travel…nobody showed any compassion while trying to cancel the booking! Very pathetic!

We had a comfortable sleep, lovely staff and clean hotel. The location is accessible to the sanctuary of Fatima.

Convenient location with a short walk to the bus station and nearby attractions. Shops, restaurants, and places of interest are all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and provided useful information about places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough pillows, towels, and blankets. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure with hot water available. Breakfast offered a good variety of food and drinks, including coffee, bread, fruit, eggs, and local dishes. The dining staff provided excellent service. Although the hotel is simple and basic, it provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good value for money, and I would gladly stay here again.

Goo Quality hoted as very reasonable price. Great Location. Professional approach. Big room size and washrooms. Accesories provided. They have lots of hotel from parent chain to choose from.

Very close to the Sanctuary very peaceful stay.

Recommended when going to Fatima, Portugal. Hotel is east to find. Very close to bus station and Fatima. The is very clean and quiet.

The lady front office is so kind and helpful. I will come again next time at Fatima.
