Staff at Reception and Restaurant weee amazing and helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and location is great.

Great hotel to visit the Fatima Sanctuary and Square. It is only 50m from the Fatima Square and 150m to the Basilica. Restaurants and shops are just next door to the hotel. There are plenty underground parking and a nice cosy restaurant within the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is right next to the sanctuary. Surrounded by souvenir shops and some restaurants. It’s a 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Hotel staff were accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good. The only downside was I could hear tables and chairs dragging across the floor from the time I checked in til evening. That could’ve been because I stayed at level 1, just above the restaurant. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, it’s just next to Fatima. making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe. The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.

It was May 13, Holy Mother’s apparition mass was held when we arrived. As tens of thousands people assembled in the mass the hotel did great service for our family to leave luggages in the hotel, attended the mass and have had great time until we leave on the nest day.

Only a few steps from the square, the location is excellent. Parking on the compound is free - and parking in the garage was extended for free as well although I didn’t need it as I had a lot just behind the reception. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Would stay again if I were to go to Fatima again.

Nice, modern hotel situated a few minutes walk to the sanctuary. The rooms are spacious and of modern design. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean. Wifi is working flawless in the entire hotel. The staff is courteous and eager to assist when needed. The breakfast is richly garnished with a good selection of fruits. Free parking is offered in der underground garage. The entrance is tricky to manoeuvre. We tried once the hotel food in the evening but preferred to dine outside, as we were not impressed with it.

This is our third time to stay here. Very nice hotel clean, friendly & helpful staff. It is so close to the Sanctuary of Fatima.
