Breakfast has little variety and is placed at the reception counter. The reception staff are the ones who clean up at breakfast. We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working (and as the light was on) we didn't notice and it ended up ruining my husband's medication. There are no glasses or water in the room. For a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired...

Para um hotel amigo do ambiente falta: - garrafa de vidro com água filtrada - copo de vidro para usar ao lavar os dentes - chaleira para fazer chá/ café Este suposto “minimalismo” é para diminuir custos e comodidas! O quarto ganhava em algum tipo de decoração! Mas os funcionários são simpáticos.
