The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and it felt really cozy staying there in winter. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Strategic location.. in front of the bus station which taking you to railway station with RMB 7 per way.. Very friendly owner.. Good varieties of foods for breakfast.. room are spacious

What an amazing hotel. For a small town I did not expect such a nice resort. My family was super happy upon entering the room. The curtain opens automatically for a beautiful scenic view of the mountains. The rooms have projection screens. The front desk reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Hôtel is super conveniently located right at the doorstep of the express shuttle bus we took from the train station for only 7 yuan. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of options and the kitchen staff is very helpful. Housekeeping lady cleaned the room everyday and replenished the water. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting fenghuang gucheng and will return to this hotel again in the future.

Short walk from Rainbow Bridge, and along the way there are plenty of eateries. Bus to railway station is just in front of the hotel. Overall it is a very convenient location to stay. Room is clean and big. Bed is very firm and comfortable. Shower room is on the other side away from the basin and toilet and there are no hooks for the towels. Breakfast is buffet style with simple spread.

Excellent Guesthouse, in a great location. Excellent, clean room and bathroom, with great shower. Owners really friendly and offered free drop 9ff and pick up to the valley. Lots of restaurants and a few shops within a couple of minute's walk. Would definitely recommend. Thsmks for a great stay! 😊

The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. It is about 5 min - 10 mins walk to the tourist spot. It is also very close to the bus station and the bus brings you directly to the railway station.

Good location if you want to be near the ancient town, but in a quiet spot. The main bus stop is right outside the hotel and the ancient town is about a two minute walk. Room is large and modern and bed is comfortable. You won't have much of a view on the backside of the hotel, and the front is likely to be a bit noisy with the bus stop during the day and the Aunties dancing in the square in the evening. It was nice that they gave a parting gift of local delicacies when we checked out. A few improvements needed: 1. Hooks, or hanging racks, for towels at the shower and the sink. There is no way to dry a towel after a shower. 2. Wash cloth. For a nice hotel, a wash cloth (or face cloth) should be provided. They are not expensive. 3. The water in the shower will be affected by the toilet flushing and the sink faucet. It will get very hot. Quite a surprise given that this is a new hotel. 4. Car service, especially to the train station. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi. Their response was to walk us to the main road, which is likely 300 to 400 metres. Not ideal with two suitcases and several bags of merchandise. It also took some time to get a taxi, which made us start to worry that we might not arrive in time for our train. Note that when you arrive at the drop off are for the train station, it is quite a long walk across a square to the station itself. Be sure to leave an extra 5 minutes for this. 5. Communication. When communicating with the hotel prior to arrival, we asked for a room on the top floor, which is the 5th floor. We were assured this would be arranged. However, on arriving at the hotel, we were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor. We mentioned the earlier conversation and were initially told there were no rooms available on the 5th floor. It wasn't until another attendant arrived, and seemed to check a chat history on the computer, that we were given a room on the 5th floor. 6. Sound insulation. While the room is quiet, the noise from the hallway can be easily heard due to poor insulation around the doors. All in all a good stay but some improvements needed.

Good location, the hotel accros bus shelter to go to railway station. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and the check - in process was fast. The breakfast was splendid, there are plenty food and beverages provided. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

I was surprised to see the hotel right after getting off the shuttle. This was the best hotel I've ever chosen. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs. Best of all, it's so close to Hongqiao. No need to go to Hongqiao, just walk right past it and you're right by the Tuojiang River. I only discovered this the next day.
