Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, with direct taxi access. The staff were proactive and enthusiastic. Although one room in the family suite didn't have a window, it made it incredibly quiet. Cons: The facilities are a bit old, and there weren't enough mirrors. The bathroom in the twin room has a step that is really hard to see! I tripped on it three times within 10 minutes of checking in. They should have more warnings; what if someone falls?

I took the maglev from the high-speed rail, then a shuttle bus to Qifeng Plaza, and it was just a few minutes' walk from there. They even upgraded my room type during check-in. First thing first: the view from our room is breathtaking specially at nights! There is a price for it your are not able to stand up :) but it was communicated before booking this is ok :) BUT!!! No coffee in the room! If you want to drink have to go to the reception… air condition is a joke!!! Even the lowest setting extreme noise! All night can not be operated as very loud! No sleep mode no anything what reduce the noise either hot and sweet or noise… for this reason I am disappointed!!!
