The rooms are well-lit, the bedding is clean and promotes good sleep, and the cleaning staff pay attention to every detail. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Plus, there's a free shuttle to the scenic spots. After exploring the ancient town, you can enjoy a comforting dessert. Free parking is a bonus. The overall vibe is understated luxury, and it's very photogenic. It's a worry-free and comfortable stay for families.

Phoenix Treasure Hotel - Phoenix Perch Manor was such a pleasant surprise! No need to squeeze into the noisy guesthouses in the old town. This hotel is quiet and comfortable, and you can easily walk to the maglev train that takes you directly to the scenic area. The room was spacious and well-lit, the bedding was skin-friendly and helped me sleep, and the cleaning details were meticulously handled. The service was thoughtful and attentive; we even enjoyed warm desserts after returning from exploring the old town. Parking is free. Overall, it's light luxury and grand, perfect for taking great photos. It's a worry-free and comfortable stay for family trips.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the hygiene was impeccable, and the location was easy to find with full amenities. The service was superb, and the hotel felt luxurious. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience it! The breakfast was also delicious 😋

The hotel has a parking lot, which is great for self-driving travelers! It's right next to the maglev station. The room is quite spacious, with a fantastic mountain view from the window. The shower, sink, and toilet are all separate, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich and the rice noodles are delicious! Most importantly, the service from all departments of the hotel is excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and the shuttle drivers – everyone is proactive and enthusiastic! They even offer complimentary mung bean soup when you return from exploring the old town in the evening!

The hotel is located 2 kilometers from the ancient town, requiring a tunnel passage. There aren't many shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful. Tips for getting around: 1. Utilize the hotel's complimentary 48-hour maglev service to reach the high-speed rail station and the sightseeing station (which offers the best views of the ancient town). 2. Take the tourist shuttle bus to Qifeng Square (7 RMB). 3. Rent a shared bicycle right outside the hotel (recommended).

I booked this hotel the day before my trip, and compared to Fenghuang Ancient Town itself, the overall value for money was pretty good. On the first day, the hotel provided welcome gifts and fruit. Plus, staying here gives you free access to the maglev train. The only downside is that it's not very convenient for getting to the ancient town. And Fenghuang Ancient Town Station is actually a high-speed rail station, not the scenic area itself. The closest maglev stop is Fenghuang Waiting (about 1.7 km from the ancient town scenic area, good if you're driving because you absolutely cannot find a taxi there). If you don't have a car to get to the ancient town, you can take a motorcycle taxi (prices range from 10-20, you can bargain). In the morning, the hotel offered a shuttle service directly to the scenic area, near Hongqiao (usually, just tell the motorcycle taxi or driver to go to Hongqiao when heading to the ancient town, otherwise, saying 'ancient town' might lead them to think you mean the high-speed rail station). The hotel's cleanliness was decent, I'd give it 4 stars.
