Sulv Lianhua Hotel

Today, I stayed at Sulv Lianhua Fenghuang Hotel, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service provided by every staff member. I would especially like to thank 甜甜, my personal butler, who gave me helpful recommendations for exploring the ancient town and took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle services to and from the city bus station, as well as transportation to and from the ancient town, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town!

Hotel is in prime location, the view outside is breath taking especially at night! Recommend to out at night and take a stroll. In the basement (river level) of the hotel, there is a costume salon, so you can dress in traditional clothes

The room was clean and looked exactly as expected like in the pictures. The view from the window was good and the breakfast had enough choices to cater to everyone

We stayed at Sulv Lianhua Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is near downstream of the Fenghuang ancient city, was more quieter than the upstream area. Two steps away, we can just walk down to the water front. The room was very beautiful and clean, decorated with art designs. We stayed at 3rd floor, looking out we can see the beautiful view. All of the hotel staffs are very nice and warm, always eager to help, especially Lily, she showed us where to find restaurants, helped us finding a guide, and many more. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay to anyone who want to visit Fenghuang ancient city with quiet room to sleep.

The view is great. The rooms are clean and wonderful. Hotel offers shuttle services as well. The staff are amazing and very accommodating.

It was an amazing hotel, you could literally not ask for more. First, our room was upgraded to a suite. We were having a difficult trip so far, and it felt really nice to be in such a luxurious room. There is a beautiful bath by the window, ornate decorations and a scenic balcony, I would definitely recommend it. Then, there is the location, it is literally perfect. It is far away enough from the center to avoid crowds and noise, but close enough to walk to the most popular spots through a beautiful river path. It also has some of the most beatiful bridges and sights right in front of it with river acess straight from the restaurant. To top it all off, there is the concierge Tian Tian, who solved all our requests, always responding instantly and organizing transport for us, both to attractions and the train station. With her, you can truly relax during your stay. Because of her, we would definitely recommwnd this hotel and would love to return ourselves one day.
