Yishu Hongtang Boutique Inn

The accommodation is not far from the Rainbow Bridge. A car picked us up from the train station and took us to the property. The walkway to the accommodation was a bit mysterious and the streetlights weren't working, making it dark and a little scary. However, the caretaker seemed to be elsewhere and said to contact them via WeChat if needed. They didn't provide drinking water in the room, and the water dispenser in the lobby was out of order. It's a place where you have to buy your own water; other places always provide it. We were interested in the accommodation because the pictures on the booking app showed a rooftop seating area with tables, but when we went up, it was dilapidated and unusable. It seemed neglected and abandoned. The caretaker recommended a viewpoint with a beautiful view of the Rainbow Bridge, which was worth the long walk. The view of the old town was also nice.

What a gem! The price is reasonable, it's located in the ancient town, quiet yet conveniently situated, and just a 2-minute walk from the Tuojiang River. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out; while not luxurious, it was perfectly adequate. The bed was comfortable, the internet was smooth, there was plenty of hot water, and washing up was convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, checking in and out quickly, and even assisting with sightseeing plans. Overall, a fantastic experience, incredibly good value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again!

Located in the heart of the old town, it's convenient to get around. The rooms weren't particularly large, but the environment was excellent—clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. I was traveling alone, and the owner picked me up. I highly recommend this place.
