Charming traditional exterior with beautiful modern interiors! We had a very nice stay! The hotel looks ancient from the outside but is beautifully modern on the inside. It is located near Wind Bridge (风桥) at the further end of town, but offers easy access to everything. Our room was right by the beautiful bridge and fountain—ideal for watching the evening lights and action scenes, though a tree on the left of our private balcony did block some of the view. However, this wasn't a big deal at all since a few steps down put us right in the middle of everything!The room was clean, perfectly sized, and featured a very comfy bed with fluffy duvets and two different pillow heights to choose from. The only odd things for us were the disposable towels !!! Would be good to have a choice of normal towels. The host lady was incredibly kind. She met us at the drop-off point, carried my backpacks all the way to our room Thanks for having us! Love from New Zealand 🥝

The owner is really nice, the room is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The hotel is very modern, a completely different experience from those stilt houses. Plus, you can sit on the first floor and enjoy tea while looking directly at the Tuojiang River, and the second floor offers direct access to the ancient town for shopping. A perfect experience!

I really liked this hotel. Convenient location. Next to the bridge, the center, and the boat berth. The room is clean and comfortable, comfortable bed, soft mattress, pillows. There is a balcony overlooking the tower. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nice n comfortable.. room view in the balcony was nice at night when lights on. Overall price paid was great and room was well maintained and clean too. Hotel staff is very friendly we called her when we reached and she came to the main road to fetch us there.

The hotel was nice and clean as expected. It was located in the quieter part but still within easy access to the attractions. We enjoyed the river view from our room’s balcony especially at night. The staff lady was very courteous and helpful. By the end of our stay, she helped us with the luggage and negotiated a taxi ride for us to go to the rail station.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the location is great. You can add the front-desk lady on WeChat, which is really helpful. She had recommended several things for us and they were all great. If I really had to give some feedback, then I’d say they could improve by giving a shower cap and maybe some tea (bags). It did not bother us that it wasn’t there at all, it is just something we noticed. We had a great stay!

Excellent service, easy to arrange pickup even don't have a Chinese number, via chat channel in this app. Room is huge but some amenities in the room look old, some a bit broken but still in function so it's a good stay.

Best hotel in fenghuang ancient town .. you should stay here. Their room are very new and service was excellent

Very well-located hotel with easy access from the taxi drop-off point. The room size and cleanliness are good too. The receptionist is very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic! Everything is smart home, even the curtains are motorized. The owner is not only beautiful but also incredibly capable and welcoming. She personally helped with my luggage during the pick-up and drop-off, and was very attentive to any requests. The room was new, with a user-friendly design and thoughtful details. The balcony's sheer curtains allowed views while providing shade and sun protection. All necessary toiletries were provided, including disposable towels and bath towels—clean, hygienic, and promptly supplied. Delivery was convenient, and the tables and chairs were brand new and at a comfortable height. The view of the lake and mountains, pavilions and terraces outside the window was not only relaxing but also a perfect spot for writing papers and dissertations. The ancient town was tranquil during the day, lively at night, and quiet again after 11:30 pm. The hotel bedding was incredibly comfortable, truly a lifesaver for my restless sleep; I slept soundly every night. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended!

The B&B is located near Fengqiao. It costs about $30 to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station to Fengqiao. It is very close to the B&B after getting off the bus. The B&B staff will pick you up at Fengqiao and help you with your luggage. The staff was helpful and explained the tour route. I chose a room facing the river, right next to the wind bridge, and seeing the lights on, it’s beautiful! Complete facilities, clean.
