Excellent value for money! A very good hotel! Everything is new and sparkling clean, the staff is pleasant, and the service at the reception is excellent. The room is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. There's a beautiful view from the window. The hotel is not in the very center of the old town, which gives it the advantage of being quiet. It's only a 15-minute pleasant walk along the riverbank to get to the center of the old town. The breakfast is mainly Chinese cuisine, but everything was very tasty. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Very big hotel with lots of amenities including a well equipped gym, laundry room, billiards, etc. While the room was quite clean, the hotel itself is quite old. I didn’t like the layout of the bathroom but the room was quite big. Staff was respectful. There is also a restaurant in the lobby for both breakfast and lunch. The location is very convenient since it’s right at the entrance (~6min walk from fenghuang ancient town) and right in front of the bus station where they drop you off from the high speed train and where you will take the bus to the station.

First of all the view is really the best, I got to stay on the 4th floor with river views. Second, the location is perfect, The riverfront is about 100-150 meters away, across a street, going down a number of steps. Just down the steps is a KFC and Pizza Hut, which is perfect for a change, after 10 days of Hunan flavor. hehehe Third, the host, Ms Chung, is very helpful and charming, she introduced all the sites around the area. We had a very nice stay, we stayed in the hotel longer than normal because of the views, we just sat on the balcony sipping coffee and admiring the views.

Our stay at this hotel was a very special experience, mainly due to its spectacular location. It's situated in a beautiful spot, ideal for enjoying the tranquility and the scenery. We loved that the rooms have outdoor terraces overlooking the river area, which adds incredible value. Furthermore, the possibility of watching an evening show from nearby was a wonderful touch. The reception service was excellent: they were very attentive and helped us with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. As for the room, while it wasn't very large and the hotel feels somewhat older compared to other hotels in China where we've stayed, it has a very welcoming and charming atmosphere that more than makes up for this. It feels very authentic. Point to consider: It's important to know that the hotel does not have an elevator. Conclusion: A highly recommended hotel for those looking for a charming place with unbeatable views and very personalized service, always keeping in mind that it's a property with a rich history.

The entire experience here truly shows the owner's thoughtful dedication. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is absolutely fantastic, right by the river. Being centrally located, it's super convenient for sightseeing. They offer a diverse breakfast in the morning, and in the afternoon, you can enjoy a lovely high tea by the riverside, just sitting and taking in the view. Downstairs, there's a cozy bar that offers a unique 'day coffee, night drinks' experience, which I absolutely loved. You can leisurely sip coffee during the day and unwind with a drink in the evening, all while enjoying the river view – it's incredibly relaxing. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly thorough, taking care of every little detail. It’s a one-stop-shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, offering great value for money. Staying here for my trip to Fenghuang was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place again if I come back!

We were truly impressed by our stay. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very well taken care of. The view was absolutely breathtaking — the bridge view was stunning both day and night. The room was spotless and very comfortable. If we ever have the chance to return, this will definitely be our first choice again.

Everything you could need is provided, plus a wonderful view of the river. The transfer to and from the train station is handled with ease. For a genuine experience of Miao hospitality, this is the place to stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, both outside design and in the room. There is no elevator but the hotel staff help us move the luggage up and down. The room is very clean and cozy. We booked a room of four and another room of two. There is a corridor which your will see the river view and the bridge. This zone is far from the old town about 1.5km but very quiet and peaceful. We cantact the hotel for picking us up from train station. The hotel staff, Xiao Long (小龙管家) took very good care of us from the start until we leave the town. We will stay here again if we come back to Fenghuang.

Unique place, inside the old town of Fenghuang but immersed in the nature. There are many steps but they always help you carry luggages. Very nice and clean
