The hotel is nestled in the tea mountains, perfect for a post-dinner stroll. It's very close to Qinglong Bridge, with a small path leading there. The room was a good size, with a small balcony offering a view. It was clean and tidy, and the bedding was nice. The front desk staff was very helpful. The Baidou tea at the Red Tea House was delicious, and the staff who made the tea were friendly and professional. The staff in the Chinese restaurant and breakfast area were also very helpful, and the Western chef there even made egg rolls, which was surprising. We parked in the parking lot down the slope, with an elevator directly to the lobby.

This hotel is very good, garden-style, beautiful, very quiet, and good to relax in. The breakfast is good, and the dinner meal is very unique and delicious. I will stay there for a few more days when I have time.

The exterior looks magnificent, the room is quite big, and the bed is very big and very comfortable. However, the leisure area in the room is small and there are few facilities. There is only a small single sofa and a round stool, which is not worthy of the five-star rating. The service is okay, but there are too few battery cars. I don’t even have one if I want to go around the park.

The brand hotel facilities and services reflect professionalism and ensure stable performance🧐😁If you drive by yourself, it is not far from the city. There is a tea mountain trail for walking. It is good to sit on the balcony and drink tea for leisure.

The environment is quite good. Room upgraded for free. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry that day and didn't have more time to hang out in the hotel. Another pity is that I couldn’t drink the special milk tea.

As a diamond member of Wyndham, this is my second time staying at Senhuaxin. I would like to thank the manager Jason for helping me upgrade to a suite, as well as the help of the ladies at the front desk from check-in to check-out! Facilities: Since the establishment of the hotel, the facilities have become more and more complete, the supporting facilities will become more and more complete, and there will be more and more open rooms. Although the swimming pool and other entertainment facilities are still under construction, the occupancy rate will definitely increase in the near future. The better! Hygiene: The hotel complex is large, but the cleanliness from the park to the room is well maintained by the staff. The room has no odor, the air conditioner smells fresh, the bathroom and shower room are clean and complete, and there is almost no dust. Thumbs up to the staff! Environment: The tea mountain behind the hotel has been transformed from a bare mountain stalk to the lush green leaves of cherry blossoms. It is much more beautiful than when I first checked in. The entire hotel is integrated into the tea mountain, full of greenery and a natural oxygen bar! Service: Needless to say, the front desk check-in service is fast and efficient. When I went to the restaurant in the afternoon, there was a long gap between the time when the short ribs were served and the last two dishes. As a result, the ribs were a little cold first, but it did not affect the taste too much. The meat was delicate and the fragrance of the steamed egg and black truffle was very prominent. The most perfect dish! When I was taking a shower at night, the cold water in the room suddenly stopped for a period of time. I was in such a hurry that I didn't rinse it off. There was a small incident the next day. After reporting it to the hotel, the staff quickly solved the problem for me and it didn't have much impact. Check-in experience. Excellent in every aspect! I wish Sen Huaxin Wyndham prosper and do better and better!
