Great location. Easy to find and can park outside the hotel. Suitable for those who don’t want to find the riads in the complicated medina. However, the staff won’t help customers to call taxi. I had to go outside to call taxi.

The room was new with modern decor. The street was also very nice, and the location in the new district felt quite safe. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast service was excellent and offered a great variety. Highly recommend!

Amazing service - clean facilities- staff helpful - just amazing overall stay - food was amazing at the restaurant- was staying during afcon and even with the hustle and bustle of the hotel being a host for a football club . The hotel was exceptionally amazing - walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants

Horrible hotel, unclean and dirty. Do not provide basic amenities such as a toothbrush or slippers. Harassed by staff leaving the car park and accused of not paying the tourist tax, it was paid but the staff member forgot to log it in. Avoid.

We stayed for 2 nights. Check-in took an extremely long time, and the next day our room key stopped working. We had to go and sort it out. I've lowered my service rating because of this. The safe wasn't working, which is another point off. The location is excellent – there's a large mall with a Carrefour hypermarket nearby. It's a 30-minute walk to the Medina and a 20-minute walk from the train station. The breakfasts are good; they make omelets, and the coffee is incredibly strong.

Really lovely hotel, nice decor perfect location, one downside is that as we were staying on the 1st floor which is close to the lobb6 just up the spiral staircase, it gets quite noisy sometimes people coming in and out of the hotel.

Excellent location but no restaurants serve breakfast nearby (maybe because of Ramadan) . Have sports bar in the lobby and can enjoy soccer games.

Nice location but few things were disappointing. The room didn’t have a toothbrush or toothpaste, and when we asked at night the front desk said we had to wait until morning to get them, which is surprising for such a hotel. Also, housekeeping would knock and open the door almost immediately while saying “room cleaning,” without giving time to answer, which felt really uncomfortable
