In general, all was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they met us with tea and some sweets. When we checked out - they guided us to the place where we could get the taxi. The only one thing that good be better is breakfast - wanted to see cheese, tomatoes or olives.

I had a fantastic stay at Riad Braya! The rooms are comfortable- I’m actually a little sad that I was busy around Fes and didn’t have more time to enjoy the room! The staff is friendly and very helpful- especially with luggage up and down the stairs. They can also arrange tours and transportation as needed.

This riad was excellent in every way. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who truly deserves 100 out of 100. He was extremely patient, gentle, and professional, and always willing to help. He gave us many useful and practical recommendations about the city, restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again.

This is a real palace!!! The courtyard, the rooms, the panoramic view from the rooftop – magical, like a fairy tale! The hotel is located near the medina in the old city! It's convenient for strolling around, and there's a dye factory nearby. Delicious breakfast. And a special thanks to the staff – they're so caring and kind! They even helped us carry our suitcases to the taxi stop. I highly recommend this luxurious riad to everyone!!!

The trip to Fez surprised me the most. The exquisite environment, thoughtful service, and the enthusiasm of the people in the old town are not as described by everyone. There is love everywhere.
