We had a one night stay here and it was a great stay. The room was cozy but well laid out, recently built/renovated and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the city and it’s a decent meal. In the early hours of the morning, my wife had a medical emergency and despite the language barrier, the staff were able to call an ambulance and get us the help we needed quickly! Upon returning from the hospital to collect our belongings, the staff asked how my wife was which was great! I can’t compliment this hotel enough! Every interaction with the staff was great, as too were the amenities!

Bizim odada mutfakta vardı tencere tava çatal bıçak falan hepsi mevcut çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler

this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! The toilet is slightly larger. And the sink is better than the second one. On the second night I changed to another room. On the second floor is a double room with pool view. The difference is that you can see the swimming pool by opening the balcony. The hotel's own swimming pool. This room is not very big but it is more comfortable than the first one. The only dissatisfaction is that the sink is too small and too small. Even if you brush your teeth and wash your face, it’s too small to wash your clothes. If you book this room, you can still live. On the first floor, you spent so much money living in a small hotel at 60.80 in China. These two rooms are only a few tens of dollars. The room was only 90 yuan in September. So probably measure it. Checked into Otel Eroglu in Fethiye. Rooms not ready so we left bags in lobby. Several of us left extra cash at the hotel as we were going from here to the beach. Checked in later. Room was nice size with a king and one twin bed. Put our bags on twin. Did have a small desk and a chair, but no lamp over the desk so a little dark working. No in-room safe or refrigerator. We did have a balcony, Room 101, so we could dry our clothes. Used the air conditioner overnight to cool the room. Bathroom shower had a proper sliding door so the bathroom floor stayed dry for a change. Nice rain shower head. Wall mounted body soap, no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Nice outdoor pool with lounges, chairs, and tables. Breakfast was bare bones. Hot foods included hotdogs, a tomato dish and hard- boiled eggs. Had fresh bread and jellies, olives, meats and cheeses. No cereal, milk, or fruit.

This is a great hotel for short stays or as a base from which to discover the Fethiye region. The hotel is a short walk from the Marina, the market and lots of restaurants, so we didn't mind that it wasn't beach-front. The best beaches in the area are outside the city anyway, so the location is a great compromise if you plan to do some exploring but also have easy access to amenities that are lacking further outside town. The rooms are brand new and very comfortable. We were welcomed by Gorkem who went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. He was very kind and friendly, was very responsive to all our needs at all times, and even personally helped us arrange a rental car. If you choose to stay here, know you will be in good hands.

So we stayed at the kilim hotel for 8 night and we really enjoyed our stay. It's family run, the staff are helpful and friendly. It is located exactly halfway between calis and fethiye old town, both about £3 in taxi each way (or you could walk). The breakfast in the morning was nice, coffee, tea, bread, butter,Jams, cheese, egg, cereal, and more. The outside area was really nice to socialise in and wasn't overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a very reasonably priced hotel in the fethiye area.

1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb.Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

It was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.
