The staff were polite. The room had everything we needed, even a washing machine and a kitchen. It's like a mini apartment with all the amenities. The renovation is new. The balcony is fantastic. The bed is large and the mattress is very comfortable! There are cafes and an embankment nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

A small, new hotel, close to the promenade and the old town. The room was decent for the price, and quite clean.
However, a few downsides slightly spoiled the experience:
The breakfast was incredibly meager, the same every single day.
There was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel and in the room, similar to a cleaning product like Domestos.

Wonderful apartment! Recently renovated with a beautiful design. It has everything you need: a kitchen with dishes and a stove, and a washing machine with detergent. We had a ground-floor room. A bonus was a private patio with a small garden where you could sit. On the downside, you could really hear what was happening in the hallway: music from the reception during the day and the clatter of dishes in the morning when everyone went down for breakfast.

Hotel is amazing! Since it has no stars - this means nothing. Location is the best in Fethiye. You will never hear any unesessary sounds - only birds and maybe wind :) Amazing balcony - very spacefull with great comfortable chairs and table, quite...great! Small but useful and fully equipped kitchennate, and pretty big cooler (bigger 3 times than in 5 starts hotel). Clean. Big room...very big. Bed - comfortable. Breakfast...yes, every day is the same but it is full! I'm a sportsmen doing every morning 2-3 hours bicycle training and breakfast made me full that i didn't need anything until 2-3 pm. And coffee...to be honest - the best filtered coffee in Fethiye! No jokes. Recommend. Enjoy your stay!

The room is very spacious and well equipped. The location is a bit far from the bus station, so traveling back and forth with large luggage can be slightly inconvenient. There is no direct bus access — you need to walk or take a taxi.
There are supermarkets and restaurants within a five-minute walk. The hotel is close to the seaside, and it’s lovely to take a morning walk along the coast — the scenery is beautiful.
The area is very quiet at night with no noticeable noise, making it a peaceful place to stay.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the balcony offered a superb view of Fethiye's stunning scenery. It was a very pleasant place to relax and also convenient for getting around.

Surprisingly good, with a washing machine and induction cooker. The receptionist was very friendly and responsible. The parking lot is right across from the hotel. It's close to the beach, and the free breakfast on the second day was simple but sufficient. There was also enough time to walk along the seaside promenade before leaving.

The room was very clean and close to the beach. The rooftop balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset. The front desk lady was very nice and friendly.
