Hotels near KVNC in Fethiye

The hotel was in a perfect location right in the middle of everything in Fethiye's old town - shops, restaurants, bars, and a 2 minute walk to the promenade. The rooms were well appointed, modern and lovely. Comfortable beds, A/C worked very well and great shower pressure. We had booked a Triple room for our family of 4, and they gave us an additional room at a nominal cost, which was so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Other reviews complained of the noise of loud music from the nearby bars and clubs, but this did not bother us at all. In fact, the windows were quite well sound proofed. Now for the downside - We were here for 2 nights. The day we checked in was fine. The next day we were out all day doing the 7 Island Boat tour. We got back in the evening and the room was dirty. Even though the house-keeping team had been to our room, sheets were dumped in a bunch on our suitcase, bed undone, floors and surfaces completely unclean in the room and the bathroom. There was a stained quilt (kept in the cupboard before we checked in) and it was unchanged. It was very disappointing. You want to come back to a clean room after a long tiring day! On complaining, the manager on duty was very apologetic and said he would take it up, but could not have our room cleaned as the Housekeeping staff was only at the hotel in the mornings, and we would have checked out by then. Cleanliness is high up on my checklist of absolute non-negotiables in a hotel. I hope this hotel pulls up their socks with the cleanliness aspect, and would have the potential to be a super hotel.

We stayed two nights (family of 5 including 3 teenagers)in Tan Pensione, one night before and one night following a sailing holiday in Fethiye region. We loved this place, the owner and host Me Ozer was so helpful (storing a bag, recommending restaurants, a great beach to go to, and he helped to organize a taxi to airport for us.) We loved the terrace and the possibility to self cater(there is a big roomy kitchen area). Plenty of supermarkets close by as well as the marina. The old town with restaurants etc is a few minutes away by foot. Rooms were basic but airy and comfortable with good aircon. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for three nights. I really like the Bohemian style decoration. It is very clean and the service is very good. It is difficult to park there, but they helped me park directly. They also helped me call a taxi to the bus station. I can always find the front desk if I need any help. Finally, I want to praise their breakfast. The two male staff in the restaurant are very enthusiastic. They greeted me friendly every morning and recommended food and coffee. It was really nice! By the way, I really like their cat. It is naughty and cute and I want to steal it! The price-performance ratio is quite high in that area. At least I bought the service and enthusiasm

Fouat was an amazing ambassador for the Orka Boutique hotel; he is a wonderfully warm manager who went to every effort to make us feel incredibly welcome here in beautiful Fehtiye! The hotel is situated on the bay/ harbour near to the lovely old town, markets and a huge array of restaurants also a stones throw from beautiful beaches and amazing historical/ cultural sites. A very family friendly town it’s a great affordable hotel, we all highly recommend it. We recommend room 304 for its stunning views - a little noisy at night but certainly not an issue for us.

Excellent hotel with views of the marina and yachts. Within walking distance of the old city, Lycian tombs. As we understood, there is no beach nearby, but we didn’t need it. Very colorful and atmospheric, it is clear that it is maintained with love for the place and its work. The parking is public, we were there in December and we found a place. In summer, problems may arise. The staff is friendly, we upgraded our room for free, thank you very much! Breakfast: two types: Turkish and English. Turkish is a delight. Very tasty and beautiful. The only drawback for us: the lighting in the room is poor, there is no ceiling lighting, it was dark for us. But apparently this is the concept of many hotels in Turkey (four hotels on this trip have a similar situation). I recommend the hotel!

We had a one night stay here and it was a great stay. The room was cozy but well laid out, recently built/renovated and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the city and it’s a decent meal. In the early hours of the morning, my wife had a medical emergency and despite the language barrier, the staff were able to call an ambulance and get us the help we needed quickly! Upon returning from the hospital to collect our belongings, the staff asked how my wife was which was great! I can’t compliment this hotel enough! Every interaction with the staff was great, as too were the amenities!

The hotel is very warm European style, the decoration is very delicate. The location is on a hillside, facing the sea, and the scenery is very good. The facilities in the room were a bit flimsy, a wall light fell off at night, but it was fixed the next day. For breakfast, Chinese people may not be used to eating many local cheeses and sauces.

I booked based on good reviews but ...... The apartment seemed ideal looking over the harbour at Fethiye. It also has excellent reviews. I booked a 'deluxe' suite at this apartotel and was offered the opportunity to 'upgrade'by ***********. I contacted the hotel and specifically asked them what benefit the upgrade would offer. They said the apartment booked was on the second floor and the higher priced apartment was on the third floor.i upgraded to a 'superior' suite. When we arrived I was told the apartment was on the first floor. I explained the apartment I had booked was on ta higher floor but was told the hotel was 'fully booked'. I reiterated the fact that I had booked many months earlier, and had upgraded to be told I had the 'same view'to which I pointed out that they had told me the more expensive room was on a higher floor. I was then told the room was unavailable due to 'water damage'. I have now been told I can change my room tomorrow but sadly the first day of my holiday has been spoilt as I cannot unpack and settle in. I hope my booked room will be available tomorrow but await further excuses. I have tried to contact *********** but sadly the WiFi signal is too poor ro enable contact. I just hope things are resolved tomorrow but beware ”upgrading' as you will just spend money for nothing. I thing the worst bit is that I was treated as if I was in the wrong. These sort of things ruin holidays. And BTW they say the Turkish system is that the first floor is called the 'second' floor etc, althouh this was not the case with my hotel in Istanbul.

Resepsiyonda duran görevlilerde çok ilgililer Serkan bey ve diğer hanımefendi hep güleryüzlüler. Fethiye merkeze çok yakın yürüyerek heryere ulaşım sağlanıyor. Bizim odada mutfakta vardı tencere tava çatal bıçak falan hepsi mevcut çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler

this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too!
