I needed a hotel in that general area and so a visit to the splendid Hotel Grischuna at Filisur was in order. Great welcome as always, great evening meal and breakfast with spendid scenery to accompany. Just brilliant as always.

The hotel and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was basic but comfortable. Just steps from the train station with a lovely view of the village and hockey rink. The breakfast and evening meal were satisfying and well done. It was the perfect place to stay between riding both Expresses.

Ich war dort 4 Nöchte gegen Ende Oktober - es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Mein Zimmer war zwar sehr klein aber ungemein sauber - so sauber, wie ich Zimmer noch selten erlebt habe. Auch das winzige Badezimmer war absolut sauber, fast keimfrei. Die Wirtsleute sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück gut und ausreichend und das Essen war sehr gut und preislich absolut in Ordnung. Ein wenig nachteilig war sowohl, dass es kein Telefon am Zimmer gab als auch, dass das Internet (WLAN) sehr schwach und langsam war.

Das Grischune liegt ideal für Reisende ohne Auto, da direkt am Bahnhof Filisur gelegen. Das Restaurant ist nur Abends offen. Unser Zimmer war klein und einfach, das Bad winzig. Sehr sauber und freundlich. Kein Lift.
