This is no ordinary hotel it’s located on a cliff face overlooking the ever inviting sea. The Staff are exceptional. To assist you on the steep climb to the reception you have the services of the hotel golf buggy. The terraces just make you smile. Breakfast overlooking the Mediterranean is my idea of total joy. Dinner is more personal as the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our bedroom had a wonderful view of the sea from our window. The room is spacious and cool. They have an excellent pool if you are are too lazy to go down to the sea. The hole is located to the east of the main town. There is a loveley promenade to amble along the beach front there are many lounging areas to choose from as well as excellent restaurants. The local bus service goes past the front gates of the hotel. Settling up the bill at the end of the week was a nice surprise on how reasonable the stay was.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay here. Such a beautiful, unique place, baby/kid friendly (not so much in terms of space or safe play areas—besides the pool and little frog and snail statues outside—but in terms of how friendly and welcoming the staff is toward them, and the fact that there were other small kids there with multi-generational families as well)… The food is great. Can’t say enough about the staff; everyone was friendly, helpful, cheerful. From the people cleaning rooms to the waiters to the people tending to the grounds… thank you everyone at Punta Est!

Excellent family run hotel. Lovely location and fantastic views. Incredibly attentive and friendly staff who remember your names, wine preferences etc. The quality of the food is a particular highlight. We love it so much we come regularly

Superb experience. View, surroundings and staff was 6 stars. The restaurant (evening) four stars. The dinner service is very ambitious, but the actual food did not blow us away. The mood is like “now we will serve you Michelin food” and that is probably why one get a little disappointed. But it did not spoil the end result.

Con mia moglie per tanti tanti anni anche con le mie figlie ci siamo fatti viziare all'hotel in assoluto migliore per noi di tutta la Riviera di Ponente. Ogni anno ci torniamo in maggio o in giugno molto volentieri non solo per il servizio di alta qualità e la gentilezza di chi ci ospita, ma soprattutto per la struttura immersa nel verde, un parco a picco sul mare e così lo sciabordio del mare ti culla tutto il giorno in una oasi, così come scritto nel logo dell'albergo. La visita virtuale ti invoglierà a provare ma sarai molto più soddisfatto dopo il tuo soggiorno anche se breve. All'hotel non manca nulla per eccellere e se vuoi la cucina ti propone di gustare una cena ligure 1 volta la settimana. Una vacanza che abbiamo consigliato ad amici e conoscenti da molto tempo! Tutti son stati molto soddisfatti.

Hotel stupendo, localita' eccellente, camere meravigliose. Il personale di sala, di bar e del ricevimento e' mto professionale, competente e preparato. Vista panoramica sul mare, jacuzzi nella grotta,terrazza con solarium vista mare e piscina con acqua riscaldata e straio !!! Un posto brillante, unico ed incantevole. Ho avuto una camera in mansarda con vista mozzafiato, Grazie a tutti dell accoglienza e della permanenza. ritornero'!!!

Magnifique hôtel perché à flanc de falaise avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Il y a beaucoup de niveaux différents avec des terrasses. La chambre un peu ancienne a du cachet. La piscine est très agréable. Seul le parking est un peu compliqué mais le personnel, attentionné, vous montre le chemin. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très varié avec des produits locaux et un service impeccable. Le restaurant avec sa magnifique terrasse est très agréable. On y mange très bien pour un prix raisonnable. L'hôtel ne possède pas sa propre plage mais il y en a plusieurs en bas dont une libre d'accès. Je ne peux que recommander ce petit nid romantique.

Abbiamo cenato sul terrazzo con amici. Antipasti e primi buoni. La carne alla brace invece era stracotta , insipida e presentata malissimo, avrei evitato di portarla al tavolo. Da tornare per l’ambiente, la vista è la professionalità sei personale che merita una seconda chance . Sembra ottimo per colazione alla mattina presto e/o per aperitivo. Da provare sicuramente

Bellissima location da vedere assolutamente. La grotta e il giardino sono fantastici. Non così il cibo se rapportato ai prezzi. Media di 70 / 90 euro a testa per una grigliata di pesce bruciata che sapeva di fumo e piatti che volevano essere gourmet. I dolci con formula open erano discreti ma l'aperitivo a base di fritto misto buffet nulla di chè. Lo consiglio una sola volta per vedere la location ma per la qualità del cibo e per le portate, ci sono posti migliori dove mangiare. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
