Hampton Inn Findlay

This hotel is too close to the highway such that the rooms facing the highway (which is where I was placed) bear the brunt of the loud noise from all the heavy truck traffic. The hotel knows this because ear plugs are placed next to the beds. I looked to change rooms but was told the hotel was sold out. This property really needs to upgrade to sound deadening windows. It was very difficult to sleep even with the ear plugs.

Liked the hotel but at over $500 for 2 nights was way too much. The rates were raised because of a college graduation in Findlay - not very nice. The usual rates are from $89 per night. Bet you don’t post this.

Pleasant stay. Next time hope pool is available.

Room was clean and staff was nice but it appears we may have a problem from our one night stay. We arrived Feb. 7th and checked out Feb. 8th. but the next day which would be Feb. 9th I noticed an itchy red welt on my arm, then my grandaughter text me and asked if either me or my husband had red itchy welts on our body as she had several on her. I had one that I know of my husband said he didn't have any. We didn't have these prior to our stay, so there is a chance it was bed bugs. I think we stayed in room 317 on the third floor so they may want to check. I'm hoping we didn't bring anything home with us but we are trying to take precations. I thought they should know.

Older property, sad beds with stained mattress. Definitely needs upgraded. Biggest issue - totally dog friendly- no No Pet option - had to take allergy meds to survive the stay. This is a Hilton issue. Staff was great.

My room was very nice. The gentleman who was at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is remodeling and for some reason they gave us a room where the thermostat was pulled off the wall, and there was no way to regulate the air and it was at least 90° in our room and we had to switch rooms at 2 o’clock in the morning because we were dying

Very inviting, staff was friendly, pool was warm, crystal clear water and very clean.

Staff was welcoming and professional. Plenty of towels and coffee. Great bkfst. comfortable beds. free parking snd bkfst. easy to find
