Quality Inn

My 1-night stay is just fine. This hotel might not be equal to the 4-5 star hotels like Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn in the same area but they offer the basic requirements most traveler need. I cannot complain anything here based on the great price.

It started out good then it ended bad. They are rude and always wanna be right and controlling.

It was updated rooms. We stay in hotels frequently and this motel was as nice if not nicer. Everything worked well. The parking was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The shower took a little longer to heat up in our room, but once it did, it was nice and hot. It was very clean. The staff are very friendly. They offer a free breakfast in the lobby and it was actual breakfasts with many choices. The last 2 expensive hotels we stayed in didn't offer any breakfast for free. Not even coffee! If youre someone who spends a lot on hotels, i recommend giving the Quality inn a chance. Youll save money and its just as nice. Will definitely come back

Parking was easy and the place was easy to find. The room was nice and new but the towel was stained a bit and I found a bug crawling on my bed. Not sure where it came from. Definitely should check their towels before leaving it for us.

Was a short overnight stay but it was very nice. The room was clean. The receptionist upon check-in was extremely nice and helpful. The location is good there are many eateries around it.

Very helpful staff, front lobby was clean and organized. However, they are remodeling and I would not recommend staying unless you get a remodeled room

All the lamps were unplugged. Our room was up on 2nd floor and we have bad knees so hard to pack everything up there. No handsoap at all to use. Air conditioner/heaters blowing dust all night. Asked for refill egg container and the eggs they put in were cold and told to wait until eggs warmed up. Night staff was in bare feet going back and forth filling the food.

Would not stay again. Shower not working; bathroom ceiling unfinished; poorly stocked breakfast bar; "rough" furnishings. Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave did work.

There was barely any food in the breakfast area because outside contractors who weren’t staying on property ate it all and would push their way in front of you when fresh was brought out. People were sitting in their cars doing drunks and drinking all night. There was trash everywhere and the trash cans in the stairwells weren’t emptied multiple days in a row. The lighting in the stairwells was terrible and most of the time didn’t work. The rooms were in poor shape. The water pressure was terrible in the shower. The faucet for the sink didn’t work. The “heater” barely worked. If o could get a refund I would. Don’t go there unless your life depends on it and even then think twice. The one night shift girl was the only bright spot of the entire stay. She was extremely friendly and very apologetic with the terrible check in that was not her fault.
