5 nights spent in a 4th floor room, not a room with view to Elbe. The Wi-Fi did not work, except 30 minutes in one day. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. No phone. Restaurant overpriced. Not too much to choose on TV if you don't understand German. Rooms clean. I would advise only if you want a real isolated place (no wifi, TV, etc, LOL) for a max one week vacation

Clean, quiet, very pleasant hotel. Varied breakfast, fairly standard. Nice view on the Elbe. The bar and hotel staff are very good. Little more, we called the reception when we arrived at Finky airport and the shuttle came to pick us up 5 minutes later. Thanks!

It is right on the Elbe River with easy cheap service to the Hamburg harbor and downtown area. The cruise and container ships pass your window and if you like to stay in your room you have a beautiful view of their comings and goings. The Rilano Hotel is my favorite of all Hamburg Hotels. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff very friendly. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Hotel is clean and modern. Close to Elbe river snd ferry stop right outside the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Have shops nearby around 15 mins walking distance. And have path around hotel for exercise. During covid period, have alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer readily available.

Hotel hieß im Februar noch Rilano. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Empfang. Hatten ein Zimmer zur Elbe im 5. Stock, einen Tag frei mit ÖVM, ein wunderbares Abendessen und freies Parken. Direkt hinter dem Hotel fährt eine Fähre, mit einmal Umsteigen, zum Fischmarkt und weiter nach den Landungsbrücken, ideal! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir fahren seit über 10 Jahren in dieses Hotel. Es ist nach wie vor alles sauber.
Jedoch merkt man das überall eingespart wird. Es gibt keine minibar mehr. Die typischen "Annehmlichkeiten" im Badezimmer sind verschwunden. Das Bett ist ultra hart.
Es gibt keine Arrangements mehr (Hamburg Erleben). Der parkplatz kostet jetzt 12€/nacht statt Kostenlos.
Irgendwie schade.
