We booked a room with a private pool, but the pool was filthy and unusable. After reporting it to the front desk, they only gave it a token clean, but it still didn't work, covered in body oil. The room was filthy, with drink stains on the floor and black gunk all over the bathroom drain. We arrived late due to a flight delay, and the front desk was extremely rude. Run as far away as possible.
