An absolutely wonderful stay in Fira. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff's kindness; they were lovely, smiling, available, and particularly attentive. You could truly feel their dedication to ensuring guests have an excellent stay. The location is simply perfect. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the center of Fira, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and the city's atmosphere, while still being far enough away to relax peacefully. Its proximity to the bus station is also a huge advantage, especially for exploring Santorini without needing to rent a car. This was truly one of the aspects I appreciated most during my stay. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the view from the balcony. The pool view was simply splendid, creating a very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. We loved being able to take our time eating on the balcony, leisurely, while enjoying this beautiful view. These were truly moments of happiness and relaxation. After a day of exploring Santorini, it was a real pleasure to return to the hotel and this comfortable space. This is a place that truly deserves to be known. A huge thank you to the entire team for your welcome, kindness, and professionalism. You largely contributed to making our stay in Santorini even more beautiful and memorable.

This hotel is very clean, and as soon as you step inside, there's a refreshing scent that's incredibly relaxing. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning. It's only a ten-minute walk from Fira's main shopping street and an eight-minute walk to the bus station, making its location very convenient.

The hygiene was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful with booking cars and cruises. The breakfast was also superb. It's only a 3-minute walk to the town center, and a 5-minute walk to the coastline for sunset views.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in terms of environment, facilities, and service. The platform's description is outright fraudulent. Firstly, the platform advertised it as a five-diamond hotel, but in reality, it's not even comparable to a domestic three-star. The location is incredibly remote, nearly a twenty-minute walk from the town's bus station. The area around the hotel is overgrown with weeds, making it seem more like an unattended guesthouse in a secluded mountainous region. The pool floor is concrete, with no tiling or finishing, and is rough enough to scrape your feet. Inside the room, there was a mix of formaldehyde and mildew, giving it the impression of having been unoccupied for years. The toilet space was so cramped that you had to press against the toilet to shower. Scattered construction tools in the kitchen indicated the hotel was in a semi-finished state. The staff's attitude was terrible. There was no one at the front desk, and the hotel never responded to messages on the merchant platform. Only after we requested to check out did a staff member contact us via WhatsApp, making malicious speculations about us. That night, my friend and I had to drag our luggage around Santorini looking for another hotel in the early hours. Later, our room key card was directly confiscated, so we couldn't take photos of the room's interior as evidence. You can refer to other negative reviews from customers of this hotel; every word is true. Avoid this place at all costs!!! We applied for a refund that night, but the hotel rejected our request. We've since called the consumer complaint hotline and Ctrip's customer service, and the complaint is currently being processed. I hope my review can help other consumers avoid this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent; the bus station and Fira town are within walking distance, which is very convenient. It meets all the basic requirements. However, it definitely doesn't reach 5-star quality, maybe a barely 4-star.

I can't comment on the other services, but I don't understand why they didn't give me a duvet cover or even a flat sheet. And they never explained why! I'm not here to be a housekeeper! If you expect me to put it on myself, you should at least provide a duvet cover. Am I supposed to sleep with just two flat sheets? This is absolutely speechless. The front desk closed at 4 PM, and I couldn't reach anyone. Neither I nor Trip.com could get through to the hotel by phone. This isn't a hotel; it's a guesthouse, and even guesthouses don't make you put on your own duvet cover!

Decent overall. The room was spacious and the front desk service was very good. The only downside was the soundproofing, which was just okay. The pool wasn't open when I visited. It felt more like a family-run guesthouse. It's very close to the main street.
