Hilton Rome Airport

Extremely close to the airport terminal, it only takes 10-12 minutes to walk across the skybridge, so there's absolutely no worry about being late. Breakfast was decent, but it was very crowded, and the lobby felt like a marketplace (not in a negative way, just lively). Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was exactly as pictured, large, very clean, and designed to be very convenient. The children's bed was a sofa by the window, which felt very comfortable. Overall, very satisfied.

An absolutely wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations! This Hilton truly went above and beyond. The front desk staff at check-in were incredibly warm and professional. I usually pay with a credit card for the deposit, but I didn't have one with me this time. When I asked if I could pay cash, they immediately told me a deposit wasn't necessary, which was a huge help and something I'm very grateful for! I had booked a twin room, and because I was traveling with my child, the staff proactively upgraded me to a room with an extra bed, free of charge. No additional fees were charged at all, which was really thoughtful. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What truly surprised me was the excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, not even the planes taking off or landing. I slept incredibly well. For anyone catching an early flight the next morning, the location is unbeatable. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Terminal 3, and the entire path is via an indoor walkway. No need to go outside, so you don't have to worry about sun, rain, or dragging luggage. It's just so convenient! Service, facilities, cleanliness, and location were all impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation the next time I'm at Rome Airport, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends! ❤️

Overall, it was decent. However, the mocha I got from the Coffee Bar at breakfast, made by an older foreign male server, was really bad. It looked rough and unappetizing, making me want to just throw it away. The service throughout was perfunctory and cold. When he handed me the mocha, he didn't even provide a saucer.

The hotel was super easy to find. Arriving at the airport, you don't even need to exit. Just follow the Hilton hotel signs along the connected walkway, and you'll find it without any hassle – very convenient. In the evening, we had dinner at the restaurant by the hotel elevator (which also serves breakfast). The next day, we followed the 'Train' signs to the airport station, bought tickets directly to Termini Station, and headed to Rome city center. Absolutely zero trouble with transportation!
