Hotel didn’t accept to cancel our room due to the flight was delayed for 5hours, even trip.com negotiated with them, they won’t do any alternative solution for us.

execellent location - right in front of the train station and close to the airport with shuttle service.

Excellent base for airport-stays in Rome. Services are basic but cleanliness and breakfast (can even fill up your own croissant!) are better than anything else at that price. Best value for money in Rome.

There was a problem with the light cable, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. However, I couldn't hear the reason until I wrote a short review of the stay and they didn't provide any compensation for that.

Room smells bad It's a basic hotel near the airport , Located next to a big mall which is very helpful

Right next to the train station and shopping mall which is so convenient. We returned the car at night and took train for 1 station back to the the hotel. We had a 7am flight and took the hotel shuttle bus to the airport which is the most economical way.

Nice clean airport hotel, 10 minutes by shuttle or train to FCO airport. Staff friendly and rooms spacious . Good value for money

The people were nice and the shuttle service was very helpful.  However the rooms were dated and there were no toiletries in the bath.  No soap, no shower cap.  Am I supposed to carry these types of things to a hotel.  Disappointed.  Breakfast was decent.

Overall is good and best for who will take morning flight in Rome. The hotel is next to mall, we can go shopping and dining here. Also, has shuttle bus or can book taxi to the airport.

Great location. Train satation is 1 mins walj from hotel. Perfect breakfast with excellent. Only down size iz the shower area is really small and coild be challenge fir someome.

The room is nice, but the cleaning could be improved. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, about every 45 min (I suppose), which is convenient for people taking a plane at FCO.

Marketed as a ‘hotel airport’ but it isn’t near the hotel. Taxis needed and it’s expensive to get a taxi.

It’s nice hotel if you are here only to sleep at night and go to the airport first thing in the morning everything is mid or below mid except the staff, the were amazing and very helpful!
