Decent location but can be tricky if you arrive late as train and airport transfer stop at mid night

It's a nice hotel if you're staying for a night when you have a long layover in Rome. There is a shopping centre just a few steps away, so it's really convenient.

The hotel was in an excellent location, right next to a high shopping mall, easy access to airport! Breakfast was cheap and food was good! Highly recommend to those who need a short stay or transfer!

The staff were very kind and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection and also great staff. The location is directly next to the Wow Mall which has s wonderful food court, am art installation, a arcade, tons of shops and great discounts on clothes etc.

The hotel itself was clean and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and well maintained. However, the experience at reception was not very pleasant. Maybe the receptionist had a rough night shift, but the welcome felt quite cold and not very friendly. A simple greeting or a more helpful attitude would make a big difference for guests arriving at the hotel. I hope the service at the front desk can improve, because the hotel has good potential overall.

Location is perfect, vrry convenient to reach every corner of San Marino. The reception staff are extremely helpful.

Corridor smelled. Changed room 3 times to find one where every thing worked.Some staff unfriendly. About 5 miles from airport by car or shuttle and not 1.5 miles as reported and takes 30 minutes

Wasn’t sure what to expect or what the hotel was near, but it was a great location for one night. It is attached to a huge mall. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were all lovely. I would totally stay here again.

The good think about this hotel is it’s location. Only one train stop from the airport. Clean lines and room maintenance leave a lot to be desired.

There’s airport shuttle to the hotel and you have to check the timetable. All good just for a quick stay then go

Very dirty room and bad smell

Amazing location, right outside Parko Leonardo train station and an easy 10 minute shuttle to the airport. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. great AC as well. Unfortunately, my only complaint is an electricity issue - for some reason, the electricity in the room was bad. The bathroom lights and appliances (hairdryer) did not work and I was unable to charge any of my appliances. This is especially frustrating when I know I am getting on an international flight in the morning and now my phone and computer are not charged. I also was unable to dry my hair. Apart from that, the room, location, and staff was excellent. But be prepared for weird electrical issues.
