Great hotel near the station for bus number 8 for the airport. Didnt provide water bottles even though it had a sign on a table that water is on house -.-‘

The hotel is good, but their female receptionist are not friendly, perhaps this was because of my color.

Just for catching my flight, facility is old but the receptionist is nice.

Warning! There is 139 euros of extra charge!!!!!!!! I told you 139 euros extra charge!!!!!!!! I thought it was 150 euros per day but no If you go to the hotel, you have to pay extra 139 euros.

In terms of its location, it’s not the best choice; yet, economically speaking, it worths what’s you’ve paid for. It’s in a little town aside of the airport, and it has everything you want to kill a night for the next morning flight. It’s close to the airport, but FREENOW over there is lagging even with pre booking. I have to use Uber in the morning, and amazingly Uber worked. Be prepared for early sleep since there is no too many night live spots.

Friendly and helpful

I had an early flight and this is why I booked this hotel. I booked a taxi with the reception for 420am and it didn't arrive. As the hotel didn't have a 24 hour service I had no way of finding out what had happened. I then had to walk to another hotel with a 24 hour front desk service and order a taxi with them. Probably will not use this hotel again due to my experience.

Very close to Fiumicino airport

Service: The staff were very friendly and even helped with my luggage. Location and Transportation: I called from the airport for help on how to get to the hotel, and they recommended a taxi. They later found out I hadn't booked airport pickup in advance; it was €20 cash one way (€22 by card) for 1-2 people. I took a taxi from the airport, a 4-minute ride, for €35. The next day, I arranged to leave at 10:30 AM with the hotel reception, paying €22 by card. Breakfast: Not included. It's best to bring your own snacks, as it's difficult to find coffee shops nearby the next morning; going to the airport is recommended. Facilities: The air conditioning was very powerful and warm, and the hot water was plentiful. Towels, shampoo packets, and small bars of soap were provided. Wi-Fi was also available. The environment was very quiet – a very comfortable stay. PS: Rome city tax is €6 per night, not the €4 shown on the travel website.

The room was clean and tidy, and fully equipped. The receptionist was very helpful, assisting with arranging and recommending shuttle buses, and even lending us European power outlets. A highly recommended 5-star experience for a layover at the airport.

The hotel was relatively quiet and clean. As it was my first time there, I requested pickup via email through several channels, but received no response. So, I had a hard time finding my way from the airport to the hotel, and I ended up taking an Uber, which ended up costing more than the pickup fee. Trip.com also said the local fare was 6 euros, but I was actually charged 9 euros, which was disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Close to the airport, pick-up service is timely. Although the transfer costs 20 euros per trip, the room rate is relatively cheap. There is a 3 Euro tax required upon arrival. Transit accommodation is very suitable.

I have never seen such a bad hotel, the price is high, the front desk attitude is bad. The room assigned to the guest does not match the picture, the problem is not solved, and there is no one on duty in the morning. There is no customer service

Like all the accommodations near Fiumicino, they are overpriced. The room in the complex is recently renovated and clean. There is only one restaurant nearby and the property is a bit far from everything. The only way to get to the airport is to pay a 30 euro taxi.
