Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Food was delicious. Location was near to several tourist locations.

Hotel is close to the airport. Rooms are nice and beds are very comfortable. Everything that is needed is in there. Good Hotel for a good price.

First time at Hilton Spark. Good experience. Great value at this price point. Great service by Staff. Will return here and stay at other Spark locations.

This is to help those who may be planning to stay at this hotel but do not know it is under construction. Let me begin by saying the guy at the desk was kind and helpful. We made the reservation online. We did not know they were remodeling the hotel while open for business. The 2nd and 3rd floors were complete and the rooms were nice. The first floor was a large, active construction area. It felt unsafe. Since that area was being remodeled breakfast would not be available, even though it was advertised as available. We chose not to stay and they gave us a refund. I feel confident when it is complete, it will be a nice hotel. The low review is based on lack of communication about the hotel remodel

The room was OK, the young man who checked us in was more than helpful. There was, however NO WIFI connection, which put me at a severe inconvenience and caused me to inconvenience several other people who needed what I had to deal with it. The young man at the desk was apologetic, but said that the "boss" would "deal with it tomorrow." That was of no help to me. Due to the fact that we book in a way could not cancel, we had not viable option to move elsewhere. There was no offer to make any allowance or adjustment. We'll NOT be back.

Great basic hotel. My room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was firm although the pillows were somewhat soft. It had a fridge and a microwave. The desk clerks were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent given that it's a budget motel; lots of choices. (Although the coffee was mediocre.) There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Note that it's in a very busy area immediately off I-71, so best to request a room on the back side of the hotel that does not face Turfway Rd. I am docking one star simply because it is clearly an older building and it shows in a few places but not enough to be a deal-breaker.

Great hotel with super staff. My room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful with several options. Daily housekeeping was a plus! The hotel is located close to the interstate and is within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was quiet and very clean. The king bed mattress was quite comfortable. The flat screen TV was large and I found plenty of channels that were of interest to me. The hot breakfast consisted of bacon or sausage, which was alternated throughout the week, and small egg omelets filled with cheddar. The hot breakfast was not elaborate but it was tasty and filling. The breakfast room also had the obligatory Belgian waffle maker and flavored batter. The waffles were good. The A/C in my king room worked well for the duration of my stay--important as the temperatures outside were in the upper 80's. Unfortunately, the A/C in my brother's room was cooling only sporadically for 4 days. If you choose this hotel in the summertime, make sure that the A/C in your room is cooling sufficiently at check-in. The hotel staff was very friendly. There is no pool at this hotel, which didn't bother me. My room was on the 3rd floor, and I was dismayed to find that the only ice machine in the hotel was on the 1st floor--the only reason I didn't give this hotel 5 stars. If I am in need of a nice, inexpensive hotel room in Florence in the future, this will be my choice.

Compared to other hotels of this class, it was a few steps above. I can't recall ever staying in a cleaner hotel room. Even though it was near the airport, our room was quiet. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and gracious hosts and hostesses. The breakfast is a solid average hotel hot foods with choices of waffles, fruits and breads, it was served hot and fresh. Nothing spectacular but it was good. The in room coffee was your average colored water weak brew, but they kept the breakfast room coffee (which was excellent) on 24 hours. We are looking forward to our next visit. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. .
