We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

新裝修的，但是房間裏的空氣清新劑味道太重，我們需要長期開着窗户通風。check in第一次來的話，可能會有點困惑，我們運氣很好，遇到一位同胞的幫助。check out很方便！

飯店服務人員，跟位置，還有設備都很不錯，服務人員很專業非常專業，也很細心跟有禮貌跟我介紹飯店設備，照片跟網站訂購的一模一樣，唯一要吐槽一下，就是如果用地圖到網站飯店位置的朋友們，請在導航apps上搜尋皇家飯店 或者hotel royal，拿鑰匙的前台在這家酒店，之後會有工作人員再帶你過去入住

酒店位置距離火車站大概步行10分鐘路程，到達酒店後需要繼續進行前行大概5分鐘的路程辦理Check in，然後酒店工作人員會帶你回到房間。服務方面沒有什麼問題，酒店每天都會打掃房間補足備品，整體還是不錯。唯一的缺點，這次定的酒店房間裏沒有帶洗手間，需要出房間走幾步路，是單獨獨立的衞生間，每天上洗手間偷感有點重，其他沒有什麼問題。

從來沒有提供過皇家別墅就是皇家B&B是同一個所
因為酒店入住都是寫皇家B&B 不清楚之前訪客如何找得到入住手續，本人覺得非常繁複 好彩撞正清潔員工 根本就是皇家別墅是一所酒店 B&B完全是另一個位置有三間房就是 房間很大舒服的 我訂了外帶洗手間 開頭以為睡房外面 但是有點奇怪的 因為隔壁有另一間房 之後先到自已廁所 廁所隔離是別人房間 所以其實出入不方便 你感覺着住睡衣去廁所會有其他兩個訪客出入撞見🤣
